Syntek Monthly Points System

s a company, we want to do everything we can to help you succeed. Part of that includes rewarding you both financially and through incentives and promotions to build your Syntek Global business. As part of this, we have created a new incentive program for you called the Syntek Monthly Point System. With this program, you will earn points for different activities you do to build your Syntek Global business. There will be monthly awards for points hit, but the promotion doesn’t end there. In addition to earning monthly rewards for building your business the right way, Syntek Global will be giving away a NEW Car, for FREE… every three months and YOU have the chance to win.

HOW IT WORKS: In this program, distributors acquire points by building their businesses. Distributors will be rewarded for personal rank advancement, personally sponsored distributors, new personally sponsored silver pros, customers on AutoShip, and for building your business with 100 PV AutoShips for you and your team. Each month you that you earn a minimum of 20 points, you will receive the monthly reward! Every three months any distributor who has earned a cumulative minimum of 60 points gets his/her name in the drawing to win a NEW Car! Everyone can earn monthly rewards, but only one person wins a Car every three months. This is not like any car program you have seen before! This is not a lease. These are not payments made for you. This is a NEW Car, FREE and clear. Yours forever! See below for details on how to earn points.

HOW TO EARN POINTS:

March first Syntek global created a Syntek monthly points system and a car giveway program, which are described below. Previously Syntek Global had three bonus pools; Distributor Bonus Pool, Customer Sponsorship Bonus Pool, and Blue Diamond Bonus Pool. Each one of these Bonus Pools utilized 1% of the company’s total commissionable revenue, for a total of 3% of total commissionable revenue. The company is taking the same 3% of the company’s total commissionable revenue, and introducing a new Distributor Incentives and Bonuses Program that replaced the Bonus Pools. This new program will offer you points for key business building activities. You can accumulate points on both a monthly, and a 3-month cumulative total. Each month, you will be striving to earn twenty points to earn the monthly reward. These rewards will be market specific and may adjust on a monthly basis. The mothly points you earn will also help you qualify to win a car!

very three months Syntek Global is giving a Car away for FREE! At the end of a three-month cycle a live drawing will be held to announce the winner of the car. To be entered in the Car giveaway drawing you must earn a cumulative minimum of 60 points during the three-month cycle. (See table above for details on how to earn points.) For every additional 10 points earned after the initial 60 points, your name will be entered into the drawing again.

This is not like any car program you have seen before! This is not a lease. These are not payments made for you. This is a brand new car, free and clear. Yours forever.

QUALIFICATIONS: • You must earn a cumulative total of 60 points inside of the three-month cycle. • You must have 100 PV for all three months of the cycle. Note: Exception to this is new distributors, who must have 100 PV for each month they have been in the business. For example, if the qualifying months were March, April, and May, and a new distributor joined the company in April, he/she would need 100 PV in April and 100 PV in May.

TRACK YOUR POINTS: When you log in to your MySyntek Back Office the points earned will be displayed in two separate boxes as both a calendar month number and a three-month cumulative number. At the end of each calendar month, the monthly total will reset, but the three-month cumulative will continue to actively calculate the point total for the cycle. At the end of the three-month cycle, all points are reset to zero and the program begins again.

The vast arrays of marketing materials provided by Syntek Global are carefully crafted for your use, and to keep you in full compliance with the Company’s Policies & Procedures for all distributors. These marketing tools, along with your personalized www.MySyntek.com website, provide you with the best resources available to grow your Syntek business and to introduce XFT to everyone you know. Please use these tools in your efforts, including the written reports, videos, pictures, etc., that are provided.

Be cautious when taking liberties beyond the tools provided by the company. We ask that you not say or post things that indicate that XFT is used in any type of specific equipment. Do not use unauthorized pictures, logos, videos, or references to makes, models or types of equipment. Never use or post any logos belonging to outside companies, as they might be interpreted as using or endorsing the use of XFT.

Our Caribbean Post Convention Tour held at the Hilton Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica was one to remember! It was full of enjoyable, informative and life-changing experiences.

It all started on Thursday, February 6, 2013, when distributors along with their prospects turned out in numbers to witness the life-changing opportunity Syntek Global has to offer. This was hosted by our fearless Blue  Diamonds, Mr. Alton Patterson and Mr. Samuel Robinson. 

The momentum grew into Friday, when scores of distributors registered and flooded the rooms of the Hilton. Distributors came from Curacao, Virgin Islands; St.Kitts and Nevis, USA; Canada; and our native Jamaicans. The wondering eyes of hotel guests observed from a distance. They were soon informed of the prodigious opportunity about to be unleashed. We were then joined by two of our co-founders, Mr. Kirk Newman and Mr. Joel Theler. Mr. Newman, along with local leaders, did a  phenomenal job with the Commercial and Compensation Plan Training. 

It was then recognition time, as patrons emerged elegantly dressed for a grand occasion. Soon the conference hall was filled with excitement  as Mr. Newman rocked the house. Distributors were awarded for acquiring their respective ranks. Our Blue Diamond, Gwen Lopes, was also presented with her prestigious award as she made a very emotional speech. By the end of the night we were all acquainted with each other and "revved up" for our Saturday training.

Saturday started with the introduction of new materials such as flip charts, one-page overviews, and DVDs,  which will enhance our Syntek businesses. Prizes and  surprises  were also  in store as distributors won and collected cash rewards. This was followed  by an  intensified locker room  training where top leaders (Chris Bailey, Alton Patterson, Gwen Lopes, Michael Farquharson, Gary  Dawkins, Farrah-Ann Gray, Steven Myrie, Brigitte Baal, and Lemone Lowe) taught distributors the  requisite skills in building an effective and sustainable Syntek business. Mr. Newman ended the training by having each of us stand one-by-one and lighting up the room, demonstrating the many lives being changed by Syntek Global and its continuous journey to change several more in the near future-GLOBALLY. 

Party Time! The night ended with our All White Beach Party. This was filled with excitement as the  Syntek Family socialized among ourselves while listening to the soothing sound of the live band. Many memorable moments were captured as we blazed the Fire.

The Syntek Global Caribbean Convention 2013 was very  successful, as our market is now on the momentum to explode. I look forward for an even more mind blowing Regional Conference in September 2013. This is one you don't want to miss. RISE UP and take Action NOW to achieve your wildest dreams.
