A MESSAGEFROM OUR

PRESIDENTAND CEO

MAPPies,

Now is the time to Build Beyond. At MAPP, we have

so many great opportunities in front of us: to provide a

platform for a different way of construction, to nurture

a culture of excellent client satisfaction, and to further

strengthen the construction ecosystem in our regions.

With these opportunities also comes an important

responsibility. Each of you plays an essential role in

helping us live up to that responsibility through the work

you and your colleagues do every day. And many of you

go beyond that to find innovative ways for us to fulfill

the larger purpose we have as construction professionals

to nourish a passion for building beyond and give our

clients the service they deserve.

We need to anticipate the next step for the client. We are

there as an extension of the clients business. We are not

just constructing their building. We are building beyond

by being an advocate for them…their trusted advisor.

Think of yourself just as that - a trusted advisor. A trusted

advisor to the client, your subcontractors, suppliers,

banking partners, vendors, and last but not least, your

co-workers.

Build Beyond people. The time is now.
