Course Mapping Errors

Scenario:District submits a HD Ticket indicating SSID is missing from the March (D) Extract. They can’t figure out why. The district states the student took subject code 171815 and was reported with the correct Program Area of Concentration . The district states that SSID was in local classroom code LCC1234.

The issue: The district mapped the course incorrectly. When the district mapped class LCC1234, they mapped it “TO” LCC5678. When a class is mapped “FROM” and then “TO” , the “FROM” class no longer exists.
