Strong dry hop character comes from the Challenger hops and some Cascade adds grapefruit citrus on both aroma and taste. Sweet malt gives body and mouthfeel. Well-hopped recipe to produce a fairly high bitterness which gives a long dry finish. This light coloured ale kicks off with a citrus hop aroma.
