Brothers and sisters

I hope you all survived the rains of February and are

ready for some March showers.

Our roof construction will be starting up soon. The

kitchen shall leak no more! With a suggestion at the

joint officers meeting I have created a committee to look

into the costs involved to replace the south and west

walls and putting widows in the social room. Brothers

Armando Juarez and Steve Spadoni will be heading up

this committee. A building fund is being started to help

us get some light in the social room again.

I encourage everyone to come up and support all the

meal events this month, we had some great food made

last month. Thanks to all the volunteers. And I also

would like to thank our newsletter ed-

itor, Linda Fittro—she is doing a great

job despite of me.

Fraternally yours,

Greetings Aerie & Auxiliary Members:

Due to the increase in labor costs and taxes, we must unfortunately raise the cost of liquor .25 cents starting April1,2017.

We have avoided raising our prices for as long as possible, but we can no long-er prolong the inevitable.

If you have any questions regarding the price increase, feel free to contact the Trustees via the suggestion box.

Sincerely,

The Trustees

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

I hope everyone survived the snow, is doing well and enjoying the longer days.

With only three months to go in the current Eagle year, we are starting to plan next year. Please

mark your calendar for July 23rd. We are planning a Christmas in July - Summer Craft Sale in

the hall. This will be a first for us since we have not done a summer Bazaar.

Please check your calendar for upcoming events and support your Aerie and Auxiliary. Our steak

nights are a constant (2nd Friday of the month) and I would like to thank Armando, Colleen,

Yvonne, Shirley and Aggie for giving their time to this event.

We had a successful Hot Turkey sandwich dinner on Tuesday, February 14th. Thanks to everyone

who attended and to Yvonne and Shirley for their help. We sold 13 dinners and raised $71 for the

Auxiliary.

The Valentine's raffle basket for the Heart Fund raised $93.00 with Montana winning the basket.

Since the meal on Valentine's Day was a success we will be serving Hot Turkey sandwiches,

Yukon mashed potatoes, gravy, salad and dessert on Friday, March 31th, for $7.00. Please come

in and support your Auxiliary. There will also be Karaoke that evening.

Till next time,

Barbara Hulslander,

Madam President
