**NEW** BCBSWY participants can call or stop into the local office to request to be added to the JHMR Sea-sonal Reimbursement list. Employees who have been on the list in years past MUST call or stop into the office every year if they wish to be reimbursed.
BCBSWY: 1160 Alpine Lane Jackson, WY 83001 (next to Picas); 307.733.3909 **NEW**
JHMR has designed a program to reimburse employees who pay health insurance premiums out of pocket. Eligible employees who have completed three or more consecutive full-time winter seasons will be reimbursed depending on their years of service: 3-4 years, up to $125/month, 5-14 years, up to $150/month, 15+ years, up to $175/month for the employee’s individual medical insurance premiums during their winter 2015-16 seasonal employment.
***Reimbursement is taxed to be in compliance with the Affordable Care Act ***
To be eligible the employee must have at least 500 hours in the operating season and complete the season. Completing the season is defined as terminating no earlier than 3 weeks prior to the end of the season with pre-approval by the supervisor, unless the employee is terminated for lack of work.
Paperwork is due to HR & Safety no later than Friday, April 15th, 2016.
Save yourself some time and bring in all necessary documentation the first time. We need proof that you had insurance, proof of what the premiums were for just you, and proof that you paid your premiums. Some ex-amples of documents that will work:• Bill stubs from your insurance company along with your check carbons from paying those bills.• Bill stubs along with a printed screen from your online banking that shows deductions for the premiums.• A letter from your insurance company that reflects which months you had coverage, the amount of your indi-vidual premium and confirmation that you are current on your payments. (Please have insurance company fax to 307.739.6255 Attn: HR/Tyler)
Reimbursement will be given for partial months (ex: you work 4 days in April) pro-rated to the day as long as we receive the proof of coverage and payment for that month.
If you have any questions please contact Tyler @ 307.739.2668 or [email protected].

Postive Feedback
Check out these glowing guest reviews from our post-departure email survey. Keep up the good work everyone!
We could not have picked a better time to visit JHMR for the first time. We too private lessons from JHMR sport school and we're blessed to have Cookie Hale as our instructor...she was pa-tient, practical and informative, and genuinely concerned/helpful. Wish she taught us the first time so I wouldn't be attached to pizza...lol
Every time we rode the gondola with a mountain host or even a private guide who was with paying clients (not us), they were friendly and informative and perhaps most of all -- unpretentious in the way that resort pros can sometimes be. Very accessible and good-natured staff.
In ski and snowboard shop, TJ (I think his last name is) Sullivan was exceptional.
Skiing was awesome, great runs for all levels skiing. People who work there are super nice and friendly
My wife and I have skied all over. This was our first trip to Jackson Hole. Unbelievably convenient and laid back all the way around. Service professionals were fun and considerate. Email updates were useful and void of trying to up-sell us on everything. Excellent mountain with a very unique layout and truly something for everyone, Intermediate-on-up. All the bands we saw were awesome. Great choices for food and bev. Moun-tain was never over-crowded. Would benefit from another bar with mountain views at the base area.
All services were professional, efficient, extremely friendly and accommodating. Lodging was rea-sonably priced and very comfortable. A great value and experience all around.
As usual, all of your staff is super friendly and helpful. No issues there ever.
The person who helped us with our ski rentals was extremely helpful. I believe his name was Josh(?). I would definitely recommend any guest to rent from the shop in the hotel.
"Lots of competition for the skiing dollar, and you guys work hard to earn the business. Great at-mosphere. Rates are pretty expensive, so the level of service and groomed trails help justify return-ing to JHSR."
