Food Pairing:Good match with sausages, snails, white meat, sweet breed, and certain types of cheese such as Epoisse.

Tasting Notes: Lovely, light yellow intense colour. When opening, the smell is dominated by expressive and fragrant fruit. Lovely aromas of citruses, pears and Mirabelle plums completed by a pleasant touch of minerals. Excellent texture. The palate carries a fleshy taste dominated by citruses. A rich, coated and almost creamy finale which brings out particular charm.

Tasting Notes: The nose is complex and reveals a lot about the personality of the wine. It shows aromas of the minerals, citrus and gently toasted fruit. The palate reveals flavours of limestone soil perfectly balanced with the subtle toasty notes provided by the oak.

Winemaker’s Notes: Carried out in new oak barrels ( all less than 3 years old) on weekly agitated lees. Continuous ten months maturation before wine is bottled in July.

Winemaker’s Notes: The vines are anywhere from 50 to 100 years old providing rich dark grapes that are full-bodied and robust. Harvest is made by hand and are used 20 kg plastic crates to transport them to the winery. Grapes are sorted in the sorting table and then the stainless-still vats are fill up with them by gravity. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at maximum controlled temperatures of 24- 25ºC in small 10.000 litre stainless still vats.
