The Triadic Amendment

Oath of the Agent

hereupon an applicant for office becomes an agent of M.A.O.U.S. as a

candidate for the House or Senate of the United States, the agent of theshall stand in this ceremony of witness and take the following oath in

affirmation to attest to their commitment to M.A.O.US. and the

installation of the Triadic Amendment:--

Sitting in view of the witnesses of the citizenry a table shall be upon which sit a pistol, a

dagger and an image of a saint. The applicant will take the dagger and prick their finger

till blood is drawn. The applicant shall smear thy blood on the image of the saint, which

they will hold in their cupped hands as the first Witness of the Citizenry sets it alight.

The applicant shall juggle the burning image in their hands, The second Witness of theCitizenry shall say to the applicant the following oath:

"Knowing that if you betray the citizenry as its agent, with your eternal soul standing as

lien against this oath do swear the following knowing that on betrayal of this oath your

soul and its flesh will burn like this saint. :--"do you solemnly swear (or affirm) that you

will faithfully execute this Commission of the citizenry as its Agent, and will to the best of

your ability, endeavor and preserver to install the Triadic Amendment into the

Constitution of the United States as Law."

The Triadic AmendmentAmendment XXIX [Militia Law]

Militia law is the system of rules that takes effect when the confederacy of territorial militias takes control

of the normal administration of justice, police and military.

Militia law allows the government to detain anyone deemed to be threatening the citizenrys security forrenewable 90-day periods without court orders and also give militia courts the power to try civilians.

In territories where militia law imposes particular rules, one of which can consist of curfew. under this

system, the administration of justice is left to a militia tribunal, called a militia court-martial. The

suspension of the writ of habeas corpus shall occur.

Militia law shall be considered the only legitimate form of governance and superior to Martial Law and

all other forms of Law until a form of governance of the peoples choice can be returned to them by ballot.

Public demonstrations are banned during this legislation.

Freedom of speech, the press and peoples right to petition of the Militia for a redress of

grievances shall not be infringed during this legislation.

Amendment XXX [Abolition of Income Tax]

Section 1. Neither Income Tax nor involuntary assed taxes shall exist with regard to an individual or

group of citizens, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted,

shall exist within the United Syndicate, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. The Commission shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Section 3. The Commission shall have power to lay and collect excise taxes, from whatever source

derived, without apportionment among the several territories, and without regard to any census or

enumeration.

The Congress shall not have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived,

without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Amendment XXXI [m.A.O.U.S.]Section 1. Upon the successful election of the write in candidate of M.A.O.U.S. for president.

The Continental Constitution of the United States and all its offices are hereby suspended andreplaced with the Constitution of the United Syndicate.

Section 2. Militia law shall serve as steward of governances for the elections, people and land

during the transition of the two Constitutions of governances until their respective offices can be

filled.

Section 3. The Constitution of the United Syndicate shall remain operative unless the candidateof The Continental Constitution of the United States wins a two thirds majority of Commission

Seats after a anti-vote removes the entire Syndicate of M.A.O.U.S.
