Concentrating Tables are designed to wet gravity-based separation of minerals and other granular materials.
There are many applications where the concentrating table is of particular value and cannot be equaled for economical and
efficient performance. They are effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals.
Construction
Head Motion:The head motion is of rugged construction and requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash
lubricated from an integral oil sump.
Decks :The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom and are easy to
clean, requiring little maintenance. The specific gravity of fiberglass made into decks is one third of that of steel, while its
strength reaches as high as 70% that of steel. This fiberglass desks also has the characteristic of water-resistance and

corrosion-resistance and can hold the shape unchangeable at ±50.
Feed and Water Box :A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck,
giving a very even distribution of feed and water.
Base:A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available.

The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber
through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the
chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the
materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

spring safety system of crusher acts as an overloading protection system that allows metal to pass through the crushing

Cone crusher crushes materials by the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. So it is more advanced and
efficiency efficient than jaw crusher. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft
which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect
shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated
gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the
eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone
comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the movable cone leaves, grinded materials is discharged from

the discharge hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole,
consequently the output size is determined adjusted.

The flotation machine is used in applications that require the separation of various material such as non-ferrous metal,
non-metal, black metal, noble metal, materials in the chemical industry, etc. In the separation process, the material is exposed
to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and then flotation after which the useful ore is successfully extracted.

The flotation machine consumes little amounts of energy while at the same time maintaining a high air-absorption rate capacity.
The machine is made up of individual cells which independently form a flotation separation loop without the need for any
auxiliary equipment. They all are designed to carry out the following functions: air absorption, slurry absorption and flotation
separation. Each of the cells is located horizontally to facilitate the easy change of flow. The mineral slurry circulates at a
reasonable rate and the disposition of coarse sand is largely avoided. A self-control device is located on the surface of the
mineral slurry facilitating easy adjustment of the level. There are two types of vanes found in the impeller: backward-inclined
upper vanes and lower vanes, for upper and lower circulation of mineral slurry.

The flotation machine can be effectively applied for applications involving the separation of ferrous and non ferrous metal
such as fluorite and talc. The machine has an impeller which works to create centrifugal forces in the form of negative

bearings should be maintained every three months.

When in application, the impeller is revolved by the motor in order to produce centrifugal forces and negative pressure. Air is
then absorbed to mix with the ore pulp (slurry). The ore pulp is stirred and mixed with chemical additives, which results in the
formation of mineralized froth on the surface of the slurry. The liquid level can be carefully adjusted by altering the height of
the flash board (strobe) to facilitate the scraping of the mineralized form (froth) to the launder using a squeegee.

Magnetic system of megnetic separator adopts high quality ferrite material or is compounded with rare earth and magnetic
steel. Average magnetic intensity on the surface of cylinder is 100~600 mT. According to the user’s need, magnetic system

Wet permanent cylinder type magnetic separator:
Wet permanent cylinder type magnetic separator is a kind of magnetic separator commonly used in the mill of iron ore and it is
situable for separating strongly magnetic minerals.
Wet permanent cylinder type magnetic separator can be divided into fair current, reverse flow and half reverse flow according
to the trough structure.
Wet permanent cylinder type magnetic separator is also used as enrichment equipment before filtering to replace magnetic
dewatering tank besides being used as separating equipment.
High-intensity magnetic seperator:
High-intensity magnetic seperator has many kinds and it is divided into wet and dry magnetic separator according to

fedc ontinuously and evenly into the receiving opening.
