Quadrillo is a natural wood veneer finish. Acoustical absorption is achieved through the use of Decoustics’ uniquepatented perforation technology in combination with a high performance acoustical core. The product is ideal forboth ceiling and wall applications and offers design versatility and full customization.

Quadrillo panels undulate from the rear of thisauditorium producing a continuous flow

between ceilings and walls. Panels are finishedin a custom toned ash veneer.

Solo is an acoustical wood plank consisting of a natural woodveneered medium density fiberboard (MDF) grooved on theface. The back side is perforated and covered with an acousti-cally transparent black mat which prevents insulation colorfrom reading through. The plank is cut to fit on site and istypically installed on wood or steel furring with insulationplaced behind the wood planks.

Solo-M panels are a modified version of the standard Solo product and an economic consideration in lieu ofQuadrillo finished panels. Solo-M is produced as a panelrather than planks and has the same construction, acousticperformance and fire rating as Solo.

Architectural woven metal finishes are fully integrated into Decoustics single source factoryfabricated panel system for both ceiling and wall applications.

Trelisio panels are compatible withall Decoustics’ ceiling systemsincluding our Ceilencio torsionspring mounting system. TheCeilencio system mounting providesthe added advantage of completeaccessibility into the ceiling plenum.

Wall Applications

Woven Wire acoustical panels mayalso be direct mounted to walls. A true acoustically rated factorymanufactured panel product thatoffers consistent quality and ease of installation on the job site.

Trelisio is presently available in ninedifferent stainless steel woven wirefinishes. Refer to our Trelisiobrochure.

Decoustics’ fully integrated CAD/CAM manufacturing

system is able to work to very tight tolerances, producing

complex shapes with great accuracy. This provides

architects and designers with ultimate creative flexibility.

F i r e T e s t i n g

All components used in the manufacture of Decoustics productsmeet the current fire and material safety standards for the place ofinstallation. (In the absence of specifications the current U.S. orCanadian regulations are used.) When standard Decoustics materialsand construction methods are used, assemblies have a flame spreadof 25 or less when tested in accordance with ASTM-E84 (CAN4 S102).In accordance with National Building Code requirements, and ASTME84 test protocol, Decoustics has complete panel assemblies testedto the ASTM E84 standard, at independent laboratories. Test data forthe panel components is also available.

Budgeting, design assistance, CAD drawings, qualified sales representation, acoustical and fire test reports, along with samplesand full size mock-ups.

A c o u s t i c T e s t i n g

Acoustic testing is carried out on typical panel assemblies, at independent laboratories to ASTM C423 procedures with mountingconditions (Type F-5 and E400) as described in ASTM E795.
