Apply for Manufacturer Application:

1) In Meeseva home screen, under List of Services, select Agriculture Department

services as depicted in Figure 1.

I) Home Page.

In Manufacturer application, there are 4 types of applications. These are

1. New

2. Renewal

3. Amendment(s)

i. Manufacturing address details/manufacturer/company name change

ii. Manufacturing chemist details change

iii. Manufacturing duplicate

iv. Manufacturing godown deletion

v. Manufacturing godown inclusion

vi. Manufacturing addition of Fertilizers

vii. Manufacturing responsible person details change

4. Duplicate

As shown in the below screen.

For Example We are Explaining Manufacturer Duplicate ::-

1) Select “AGRICULTURE ” Link on left side of your Website.

2) It displays a List of types of Applications.

3) Select “MANUFACTURING DUPLICATE” Link for Duplicate Manufacturing License.

4) Click on “MANUFACTURING DUPLICATE” Link for Duplicate License.

5) You will find Fig: III) “MANUFACTURING DUPLICATE” Page .

6) Select Fertilizer displays a List of fertilizers as follows:

They are:

o 100% Water Soluble Fertilizers.

o AP Formulations.

o Other State Formulations.

o Bio Fertilizers.

o Organic Fertilizers.

o NPK Mixture Fertilizers.

o SSP.

o Straight Micro-Nutrients.

7) Enter the License Number in the textbox. For Ex: WGD/28/COMM/FM/2013/8122

IV) Selecting Multiple Fertilizers

8) Holding “CTRL“ key Select multiple fertilizers.

9) Click “Open ” button .You will find your Application as Fig:V)Duplicate Form .

Enter License Number

Select Multiple

Fertilizers by holding

CTRL Key (If Required)

V) Duplicate Form.

VI) Duplicate Form.

Click on “Make

Payment” Button Enter Characters

10) All the fields are not Editable Except Applicant Details fig: VI)Duplicate Form .

11) You should upload Pdf/jpeg files only.

12) Click on “Make Payment” Button .

VII) Payment Details.

13) Check the payment amount collect cash and click on “Submit” button.

VIII) Print Screen.

Note: - On submission of the request, Citizen Receives Message. Like your application is successfully

submitted and the Acknowledgement no, Transaction Id.

On submission, the request will be sent to the Agriculture Department for further processing.

Click on “Submit” Button

Once the request is approved by Department, then license is available at KIOSK for Printing.
