Position: Key Account Manager / Sales and Service (May 2014 – April 2016)
Company: Samsung Electronics – Tehran Office - Iran
Job Description: Being Key Account Manager for two main HHP (Hand Held Products) distributors.
Managing both B2C and B2B Sales channel dealing with Visitors, Merchandisers, Shops and wholesalers.
Leading a team of 5 persons directly and 200 distributors’ personnel indirectly. Defining sales targets for both
sell-in/sell-out and monitoring visibility, channel and field KPIs. Taking care of accounts soft skills, technical
and product trainings. Being responsible for account budget allocation, budget execution and Marketing plan.
Involved in product categorizing and pricing for my distributor accounts. Checking the ordering and good
reception status of accounts. Having weekly meeting with accounts and doing close monitoring of their P&L.
Simultaneously managing the aftersales services of my accounts through my team. Managing and Monitoring
their CS score and Repair/Swap operation, Performance KPI, P&L, Repair/Swap warranty policies

Position: Sales Distribution Manager (Jan 2013 – Mar 2014)
Company: H&M Warehouse –Eskilstuna - Sweden
Job Description: Being Sales distribution manager for H&M central warehouse in Sweden distributing the
ordered clothes to all H&M dealer shops around the Europe. Doing order planning, Inventory Management,
Material Handling management and Invoicing. Supervising loading and unloading operations, replenishment
planning and Special sales logistic management.

Supply Chain Manager(June 2011 – Sep 2011)
Company: Volvo Powertrain– Köping - Sweden
Job Description: Being supply chain manager for Volvo raw material and spare parts inside the factory.
Doing production planning and order planning according to the market demand. Involved in process
development through the whole supply chain from raw material supplier to finished product consumer.
Distributing spare parts to Volvo Service Centers and Service Providers around the world.
Position: Project Manager ( Jan 2008 – Aug 2010 )
Company: Monenco Consulting Engineers – Tehran Office - Iran
Job Description: Been Project Manager for special projects department and had great responsibility in three
projects; Engineering phase of development of an oil refinery, Engineering phase of a new gas refinery and
Feasibility study of a new wind power project, valued totally $ 15M and involved about 100 people. Each
project included a large amount of engineering documents that stands for work packages. I reported to head of
department and worked among other things with monitoring of project correspondence using Easy ERP system
and updating of project time plan using Primavera Enterprise, preparation and following of weekly action plans
through weekly meetings with different disciplines, progress measurement with help of document database,
issuing modification claims and project regular invoices, calculating of Earned value, Preparation and delivery
of reports for monthly meeting with managing director and writing MOM.
Project: Arak Oil Refinery Development Project Job Description: Had been Project Manager in construction of two projects, Tankage Area and Cooling Towers
belonging to development phase of an existing Oil Refinery. The projects had totally 20M $ contracts and
included around 120 people. I was involved in project from mobilization and initiation to planning, Execution,
monitoring and completion which demanded independent work with great responsibility for delivery of regular
reports to client (Consortium of Sazeh, Sinopec and HHI) and project leader, generation, following and revising
of project time plan based on CPM using P3, progress measurement, interference and clash management for
holding work fronts and cooperation in resource allocation.
Position: Project Planner (Jan 2006 – Dec 2007)
Company: AVEC Consulting Engineers-Tehran Office - Iran
Project: Abadan Phosphate Complex
Job Description: Had been a member of Project Planning team. Worked with preparation, circulation and
registration of Technical Queries, Change notices, quality control and handover documents among
subcontractors and client using transmittal system during the pre-commissioning and hydro-test of a new
phosphate plant.
Project: Naar Gas Compressor Station
Job Description: Had been planning Engineer in construction phase of a 4M $ Gas Compressor station project
involved circa 60 people. Duties included preparation and delivery of regular reports to client and project leader,
generation, following and updating of project time plan based on CPM using MSP, progress measurement,
MOM preparation and cooperation in MTO calculation.

Job Description: Iran Khodro is the biggest car manufacturer in Middle East. I was working with Peugeot
Cars Body Assembly line, doing work-time study, task break down, takt time measurement and assembly line
balancing in order to level different work stations. Was reporting to improvement project manager and line
supervisor.
2 Years Part-time Internship (Sep 2001 – June 2003)
Company: Mega Motor Co. Factory – Tehran - Iran
Job Description: Mega Motor Co. factory is producing Engines, Axles, Gearboxes and differential system for
Kia/ Nissan/ Mazda assembled cars in Iran. I was working one day a week in assembly line, assisting labors and
