To thousands of devotees of God’s light the worldaround, decreeing has become a “joyful noise unto theLORD.” During the past decade, those who have soughtthe true teachings of the Word of God have found thescience of decreeing to be one of the most effective formsof meditation—a meditation that is majestically fulfilledthrough the power of the spoken Word.

In this book we present the teachings of the ascendedmasters of the Great White Brotherhood1 who have in-structed their disciples in the lost art of invocation whichwas practiced on Atlantis and Lemuria. More thantwelve thousand years ago in the temples of these lostcontinents, priests and priestesses of the sacred fire madeinvocation to the flame of life, applying the principles ofthe Science of the Spoken Word.

This science, which has been practiced for many cen-turies by adepts in the Far East and by Western mystics aswell, outlines the uses of the voice in conjunction with thethroat chakra in the giving of mantras, chants, prayers,invocations, affirmations, songs of joy and praise, andfiats of light to increase the action of benign forces on

the planetary body and in the world of individual man.The ascended masters who are releasing their teach-

ings to their disciples throughout the world in this ageof Aquarius’s dawning are God-free beings whose soulshave reunited with the Spirit of God that is known as theI AM Presence. In all ages there have been those amongmankind who have made the ritual of the divine reuniontheir goal in life. To that end they have applied to theMaster Alchemist, Almighty God himself, to transmutethe limitations of time and space and to take dominionover the planes of earth.

For them the quest for self-knowledge has been an all-consuming passion. Surmounting every obstacle, they havecharted the course of Truth. Through the shadowed valleysand over the rugged peaks of life, they have gone forth toconquer the illusions of the lesser self. And by their over-coming, they have left an irrefutable statement of the po-tential of man to fulfill his cosmic destiny. Beholding theirtriumph, we affirm, “What man has done, man can do.”

Following the path that the great avatars havewalked, they have proved the laws, the mathematics, theformulas, and the principles that as causation undergirdthe world of effects in which we live. They have fulfilleda mission of Christhood, and they have won therebytheir immortal freedom.

Because they have mastered time and space by ap-plying the same laws which Jesus and others haveproved, they are called masters. Because they have as-cended into the Presence of God as Jesus did when “hewas taken up and a cloud received him out of theirsight,”2 they are referred to as ascended masters. The“cloud” into which they have all ascended is the mysti-cal Presence of the I AM which Moses beheld in the bush

that burned but was not consumed and who identifiedhimself as the “I AM that I AM.”3

These masters are the saints and sages of all ages—the priest-kings, the prophet-seers, the scientist-philoso-phers—who have risen from every walk of life and fromevery continent. Included in their ranks are GautamaBuddha, Lord Maitreya, Kuan Yin, Confucius, ElMorya, Kuthumi, Djwal Kul, and others from the FarEast. In the West we have seen Elijah, Elisha, Enoch,Moses, Zarathustra, Jesus the Christ, Mary the Mother,John the Beloved, Saint Francis of Assisi, Joan of Arc,Saint Thérèse, and Saint Germain, not to mention thatmodern saint and soul of valor Pope John XXIII andcountless unnamed devotees who have graduated fromearth’s schoolroom with honors.

We who look forward to our own matriculation havea great opportunity today to walk in the footsteps ofthose who have already overcome the world. To thosewho would follow him in the Way, Jesus gave words ofcomfort, and hope for their own ultimate reunion withGod. These words are the promise of every master of theGreat White Brotherhood to his disciples, for the law ofhierarchy is the law of evolution whereby the lesser is al-ways destined to become the greater.

“Be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”4

Rejoice! Because I have overcome the world, you, too,can overcome by demonstrating the same laws which I have demonstrated.

“He that believeth on me, the works that I do shallhe do also; and greater works than these shall he do, be-cause I go unto my Father.”5 If you believe in the po-tential of the Christ within me whereby I have workedthe works of God on earth, then you can work those

same works by the action of your own Christ-potential.Because I have become one with the Source of all life inthe ritual of the ascension, because I have ascended “tomy God and your God,”6 you can do even greaterworks, for I will multiply the momentum of your victo-rious overcoming by the full power of my own.

“Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father whichis in heaven is perfect.”7 Because the Father, the Sourceof life, is perfect and we have become one with the Father by applying the perfection of his laws, you, too,can be perfected in that same oneness if you will butmake the mark of perfection your goal.

Thus the ascended masters are the true teachers ofmankind who stand waiting at the portal of conscious-ness to instruct each seeker on the Path who is sincere.Their appearance in this age is the fulfillment of theLORD’s prophecy given to Isaiah “Yet shall not thy teach-ers be moved into a corner any more, but thine eyes shallsee thy teachers.”8

It has been said, “When the pupil is ready, the teacherappears.” You who read this book may discover that youare the pupil and that you have made yourself ready atthis point in your evolution to enter into a direct rela-tionship with one or more of the as cended masters astheir disciple on the homeward way.

By carefully following the steps of initiation whichthey have outlined for the path of self-mastery, you canovercome the world and work the works of the Christ onearth. You can approximate perfection not only becauseperfection is an attainable goal, but because it is the onlyvalid goal in the universe. We know this to be cosmic law,because the masters who have gone before us have notonly affirmed it, but they have proven it by their example.

One of the most important and vital techniques ofself-mastery taught by the Brotherhood is the science ofinvocation, which includes the art of decreeing. By em-ploying this method of expanding consciousness whichis thoroughly explained in this book, you can bring your-self into closer proximity with the flame of life that iswithin your own being and ultimately experience thebaptism of the sacred fire foretold by John the Baptistwhen he spoke of the coming Christ, “He shall baptizeyou with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.”9

All of the writings of the masters set forth in thisbook, including the “Heart, Head, and Hand Decrees,”were delivered by the hierarchy of ascended masters toMark and Elizabeth Prophet, who, as messengers for theGreat White Brotherhood, have released the higherteaching to the world for many decades.

Under the direction of the Ascended Master ElMorya, Chief of the Darjeeling Council of the Great WhiteBrotherhood, Mark L. Prophet founded The SummitLighthouse in 1958 in Washington, D.C., for the purposeof publishing and disseminating the message of the as-cended masters. Elizabeth was called by El Morya to sup-port him in the mission in 1961. Together they have con-ducted classes and conferences throughout the UnitedStates and the world, journeying to Europe, the Middleand Far East, Africa, and South America with disciples ofthe masters, teaching and lecturing along the way.

Numerous volumes have been dictated to the mes-sengers by members of the Brotherhood, including Pearlsof Wisdom, which are weekly letters from the masters totheir chelas throughout the world, Keepers of the FlameLessons, containing graded instruction in cosmic law formembers of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity, and

Book I of Climb the Highest Mountain, a series of thirty-three chapters being published as the Everlasting Gospelrepresenting the culmination of the Prophets’ twelve-yearmission together on earth.

On February 26, 1973, Mark L. Prophet took leaveof this plane, as he prophesied he would, and made hisascension to become a member of the brotherhood of ascended masters serving the earth during this period ofworld change. Elizabeth remains in embodiment holdingthe office of Mother of the Flame on behalf of mankindand holding the spiritual focus for The Summit Light-house and Church Universal and Triumphant, whose inter -national headquarters are located in Corwin Springs,Montana.

Thus the two witnesses of the Word of God, anointedto deliver to the age the wisdom of the masters, are mak-ing available to all who will hear the true knowledge ofthe Christ which Jesus gave to the inner circle of devo-tees who often gathered in the Upper Room both beforeand after his resurrection. The compendium of cosmiclaw released to them, including techniques of self-mas-tery which have been taught heretofore only in the re-treats of the Brotherhood, will provide every man andwoman with the understanding of his own Christ Self,his own I AM Presence, and his status as a God-freebeing in this his own native universe.

The revelations given to the Prophets are the fulfill-ment of the prophecy of Jeremiah concerning the cov e -nant which the LORD promised he would make with thehouse of Israel: “After those days, saith the LORD,I will put my law in their inward parts and write it in theirhearts and will be their God, and they shall be my people.And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour

and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: forthey shall all know me, from the least of them unto thegreatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive theiriniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.”10

The writing on the ancient temple wall “Man, knowthyself” is a recurrent challenge to every soul. Regard-less of race, creed, religion, nation, or caste into whichhe was born, every soul, if he would be free from thebondage of self, must one day accept the challenge toknow himself as he really is—a manifestation of dynamiclove, a cell in the body of God.

It is the supreme desire of the Godhead to give toyou, because you are a facet of his own evolving con-sciousness, the key to self-knowledge that will enableyou to unlock the full potential of your Christed being.This key that will release the energy, the intelligence, andthe motivation of your own self-mastery is the call thatcompels the answer.

To unlock the energies of your Real Self, then, is thegoal of effective decreeing. You will never know untilyou try just how much of God’s light you can actuallydraw forth into manifestation in the world of form.

If you are open-minded, honest, and impartial, will-ing to experiment with the science of invocation as a hypothesis of cosmic law, then enter the laboratory ofthe Spirit and follow the instructions of the masters. Foronly by so doing will you ever prove to your own satis-faction that decrees do work. Truly, you will never knowuntil you try.

Terminology

AUM

The sacred word AUM releases the frequency of theWord, the same Word that went forth as the origin ofcreation. The ancients knew the power of the word. Civilizations have risen and fallen in the power of thespoken word. The mantras of the East, sacred intona-tions, have come down for hundreds of thousands ofyears from priests and priestesses of Lemuria. And allthat comes forth comes out of the sacred AUM.

We follow the ray of the sun back to the fiery core.We follow the light within the heart back to the sun ofthe Presence. When we affirm the word AUM, we affirmtrue being. To affirm that being is to become that being.To declare that being is to know who I AM. The sacredAUM that we intone is the indestructible sound. It is theimmensity. Out of the AUM comes our oneness.

The sound of the Word—the Word of the sound. It isa Sanskrit word. It means “I bow, I agree, I accept . . .”AUM! I bow before the LORD God Al mighty and I agree that I am his beloved son. I accept my immortaldestiny. I accept my reason for being. I accept my re-sponsibility to be. AUM. I accept the components of my reality. I accept the flame as God within me.

AUM is the most abstract and yet the most concrete

symbol of divinity. It is an instrument of self-realization.It is yours to keep. It is released from your heart by thebreath of God. No mechanical instrument, no machine,not the might of civilization, can equal the AUM. Onlyyou can intone the AUM, because you are God in man-ifestation. Out of this one eternal syllable all that existscomes forth. All that comes forth returns to the AUM.

The AUM is spelled A-U-M, and each of the lettersstands for a component of our divinity. Each letter is in-tended to be sounded separately. When we blend thetrinity, we intone simply the AUM.

Past, present, and future form the Trinity. We are allthat we are as past, as present, as future realization ofthe AUM. In the East, the Hindus refer to the Trinity asBrahma, Vishnu, and Shiva; and in the West—Father,Son, and Holy Spirit. The concept is the same.

The A comes forth from Alpha (our Father)—as theinitiator, the creator, The Beginning—the origin of spi-rals of consciousness, of being. It is the thrust of power.The M is the OM of Omega (our Mother), the conclu-sion, The End ing—one with the Holy Spirit as the inte-grator and the disintegrator of form and formlessness.AUM. Thus, the positive and negative polarities of beingare pronounced by Elohim across the span of cosmos forthe sustainment of the worlds.

From the A to the OM, all of the vastness of creationis contained. And the U in the center is the cup of cre-ation cradling You, the Real Self, the Anointed One, theChristed One, the Buddha of the Light—you in univer-sal manifestation, in particular manifestation. A-U-M.The Trinity in Unity. You, the centerpiece—the master-piece—the unity of the One and the Word, the fulcrumand the nexus. The universal Christ is the power of

preservation, of concentration, of cohesion as identity.From the thrust of the Father to the return of the Mother,you are embraced as the identity of their love. AUM.

I AM THAT I AM

Thousands of years ago, the initiation of this actionof the law of the AUM was given to Moses, and we stillhold that sacred fire and that legacy as when Moses sawthe white-fire core of his own being objectified in thebush that was aflame but was not consumed. And thevoice out of the bush declared Self-awareness—beingthat proceeded from the fiery core and declared our God-identity, “I AM WHO I AM.”

Let us think of ourselves in that barren countrywhere Moses was. In the name of the I AM THAT I AM,let us travel back in akasha, in the records of time andspace written upon the ethers, and let us stand upon thatholy ground where Moses stood.

Let us hear with the hearing of the inner ear the eter-nal sound of the Creator: I AM THAT I AM. Let eachone commune within the chamber of the heart to hearthe voice of God speaking. And now let us give answerunto the Lord of Creation, the law of creation, withinour hearts: I AM THAT I AM.

When we speak our mantras from the heart and wefeel the flow of the intensity of the sacred fire of the heartand we commune one to another in the response of love,we feel the mounting of the flame that is our commonlight, our one light.

The ascended masters of the Great White Brotherhoodteach their chelas to go within to the fiery core, to dip into

the fountain of light with the sacred AUM, to tarry thereas Jesus did when he withdrew from the multitudes andwent to a place set apart. And they teach us to come forthin the name of God—by that name “I AM THAT I AM.”Therefore, the cycle of the AUM and the I AM THATI AM which we chant gives the alternating current of goingwithin to the Father, coming out with the Mother.

This fiat of being is the name of God. And more thana name, it contains the energy of creation. The first I AMstands for the letter A in the AUM. It is God as Alphadeclaring, “I AM.” The THAT stands for the U, the tran-sition, the passing of energy unto Omega in the secondI AM—the Trinity again expressed.

It is God on high declaring, “I AM THAT I AM.I AM that manifestation below which I AM above. Asabove so below, I AM that I am.” It is God above in theperson of the beloved “I AM” Presence affirming that asin heaven, so on earth God is the flame burning on thealtar of our hearts.

When we say, “I AM THAT I AM,” the I who isspeaking is not the lesser self but the Greater Self. Godwithin us is saying, “I AM THAT I AM.” For who butGod within has the authority to declare being, con-sciousness, Self-awareness?

Can the clay speak? Can the vessel dance without theflame? Can the leopard change his spots? Can the outerform be anything but the instrument of the inner flame?Only God can make a tree, as the poet said. Only Godcan create and uncreate the worlds.

Let us let Him speak through us, “I AM THATI AM.” Let us let him pronounce his sacred name. Andwhen he does we shall answer him saying, “Yea, LORD,I am that ‘I AM.’”

In both East and West, the name of God is chantedover and over again in the ritual of atonement where -by the soul of man becomes one with the Spirit of God

by intonation of the sound of His name. This is givenin Sanskrit as AUM or AUM TAT SAT AUM and inEnglish as I AM THAT I AM.

By sounding the name of God or that of a mem-ber of the heavenly hosts, the vibration of the being issimulated and thereby Being itself is drawn to the onechanting. Therefore chants, when properly used, mag-netize the Presence, whether universal or individual-ized, of the Divine Consciousness.

the Decree:n. a foreordaining will, an edict or fiat, a foreordain-ing of events. To decree: vb. to decide, to declare, tocommand or enjoin; to determine or order; to ordain.

The decree is the most powerful of all applicationsto the Godhead. It is the command of the son ordaughter of God made in the name of the I AM Pres-ence and the Christ for the will of the Almighty tocome into manifestation as above, so below. It is themeans whereby the kingdom of God becomes a real-ity here and now through the power of the spokenWord. It may be short or long and usually is markedby a formal preamble and a closing, or acceptance.

the Fiat:an authoritative decree, sanction, order; a pro nounce -ment; a short dynamic invocation or decree usuallyusing the name of God, I AM, as the first word of thefiat, e.g., I AM the Way! I AM the Truth! I AM theResurrection and the Life!

Fiats are always exclamations of Christ-power,Christ-wisdom, and Christ-love consciously affirmedand accepted in the here and now.

Affirmations are fiats which may be of greater lengthand more specific detail. They affirm the action of Truthin man—in his being, consciousness, and world. Theyare used alternately with denials of the reality of evilin all of its forms. Likewise, they affirm the power ofTruth that challenges the activities of the fallen ones.

People of America, people of earth, hear the cry of theascended hosts of light who are not very far removed fromyou, but who are your elder brothers and sisters on the

Path who have kept for you the vision of freedom through-out all ages. Since the days of Lemuria and Atlantis, sincethe days of the coming of the Buddha and the Christ andthe children of Israel who crossed the Red Sea and madetheir way through the wilderness land until the promisewas fulfilled, so the hosts of the LORD have come throughthe teachers and prophets and messengers of the ages.

Think you then that God cannot also reveal himselfin this day and age as he did before? Our God is indeeda consuming fire, and that fire is the baptism of the HolyGhost within you. And this is the age of that baptism andof the com ing of the violet flame for your freedom fromevery form of bondage over the mind, the soul, the heart,and the being of man.

I AM here to claim freedom for man and woman andchild and for every heart on earth that beats with the heartof Almighty God. I AM with the people of the [former]Soviet Union,* of China, of America, and Africa. I AMwith the peoples who are striving for that freedom whichis the discipline of liberty under the law of God and notthat license for the indulgence in the carnal mind.

Yes, I AM a follower of Christ. I AM a sponsor of theChrist within you, and he too is my Saviour. And thus theLord Jesus with me serves now to be with the hosts of theLORD the open door for freedom in America and in everynation. This is that open door which no man can shut.

But I tell you, people of earth, it is up to you to claimthat freedom. For as ever before, the fallen ones whohave invaded the governments and the economies of thenations are ever present as the spoilers to take from youyour God-ordained liberty.

Therefore I say, claim it in the name of the I AMTHAT I AM! Claim it and be then one with God, themajority vote for freedom on earth! For what is peacewithout freedom?—this I ask you. And let every leaderof every nation ponder in his heart this day what is thatpeace that has not the freedom to be or to worship Godas the Divine Self of every soul.

Yes, I come—a believer and a teacher of the law ofreincarnation. If it were not so, I would have told you.The law of the coming again and again of the soul is yourcosmic justice. It is your opportunity to prove the law andto earn that salvation that is the ascension in the light.

This is the goal of true religion. It is the binding ofthe soul to God in freedom. This is the great proof whichour Lord Jesus Christ gave in his ascension.* But it isyours also to claim and it is yours to claim for your nation, people of earth.

Understand, then, that this earth is intended to begoverned by the souls of light. Therefore, souls of light,I speak to you this night. Take your place in governmentand stand for truth and stand for freedom!

And this is the true and the only revolution that youcan espouse. It is that cause of freedom whereby you un-derstand that the goal and the calling of America andevery true free nation is to lead mankind into that wayof higher consciousness. It is a revolution of light thatwill allow all that is not aright on earth to be righted bythe law of freedom and by that baptism of the sacred fire.

Understand, then, that it is movement to the GreatGod Self within that is your salvation in this age—thatall problems of the economy, the ecology, and the gov-ernment can be resolved if you will take only ten

minutes each day to go within and to find your own God Self, to meditate and to use the Science of the SpokenWord whereby you chant the mantra of the free:

When you use the name of God to claim the I AMas God’s being and be-ness within you, then you havethat claim to all which follows, and therefore you cantake the mantra of Jesus Christ, “I AM the way, thetruth, and the life,” and you may participate in that glorious life that he lived.

See, then, that the cycles turn; that as Christ came toteach you that the Christ lives within you, so I AM cometo sponsor the nations that each individual nation underGod might find that Christ is the center and the con-sciousness of that sacred labor that it is the destiny ofeach free nation to pursue.

Let the nation, then, be the identity of the collectiveChrist consciousness in this age. Let individuality befound in the community of the Holy Spirit as nation bynation the children of God on earth forge their God-identity. Therefore I say to you, in the name of the LORD,the Almighty One, the great God of Freedom to theearth: Forge your God-identity!

I bring to you now the energies of the sacred heartof Jesus, the energies of the sacred heart of Mary, and ofmy own heart’s consecration to the way of freedom.

I bring to you the knowledge of the sacred fire and thethreefold flame that beats your very own heart.

The threefold flame is the gift of life. It is your op-portunity for Selfhood, for reality. And it is your joint-heirship with the Christ, who proved himself to be theincarnation of the Word, as Father, Son, and Holy Spiritwere the heartbeat and the energy of his ministry.

Behold, then, the chart of your own I AM Presence*—[the Presence objectified in the burning bush] whichwas revealed to Moses as the I AM THAT I AM. Beholdthe individualization of the God flame whereby you canclaim oneness with the Most High. Behold, then, yourown Christ principle, your own Christ Self, living as theMediator and as the one who is able to forgive and toforgive and to forgive.

Understand, then, that the Christ is one, the only be-gotten Son, and yet that Christ, that one, that light in Jesus,the true light that lighteth every man that cometh into theworld, is the body of God that is fragmented and repeatedagain and again and again for every incoming soul.

And therefore the potential to be Christ is with youat the moment of your birth, at the moment when theHoly Spirit breathes the breath of life into your temple.In that hour you have once again the opportunity toknow the Self as God, the I AM THAT I AM, and toknow the Self as Christ. And the sacred fire that liveswithin you is the Holy Spirit.

And when you meditate upon that flame as power,wisdom, and love, I tell you that flame will leap, it willburst forth and fill all the house, all of the temple of yourbeing. And you will find the quickening of your sacred centers and of your consciousness and of life within life.

And then you will feel the power of a cosmos surging through you, and then you will know how the few andthen the many will go forth for the saving of the nationsfor Almighty God.

For we would that all nations and all peoples wouldcome under the God-dominion of the Christ. And there-fore we serve—angelic beings, archangels, and Elohim.We serve to set mankind free. We serve to teach mankindthe law of their own immortality. We serve only to freeyou to be all that God has vouchsafed to you throughthe great teachers of East and West who have come overthe thousands of years of earth’s evolutions.

Not all that was passed from Jesus Christ to the dis-ciples has been recorded for your use. And therefore it isup to us to return to you, through our messenger, thatsacred teaching of the Christ whereby you too can be free,whereby you can work the works of the apostles andthose who are called to be representatives of the Lord.

I say to you, people of light, accept your mission ofthe ages! Accept your role as the ones who are the pro-tectors of freedom on earth. This indeed is America’s des-tiny—to teach a way of life that is a form of governmentwhereby each threefold flame and every living soul maycommune with God and out of that com munion evolveone vote and cast that vote for freedom.

So let it be that this understanding of the inner com-munion is the foundation of God-government of the peo-ple, by the people, and for the people that shall not per-ish from the earth1 if this nation, America, shall rise againto her God-destiny in this age and shall forge that unitythat is sponsored by the Archangel Michael who comesfor the deliverance, who comes to unite you, and whocomes with a message: “Remember, ye are brethren!”2

Therefore let brethren unite for the glorious victoryof the Christ, for the Second Coming of Jesus and thecoming again of the gracious Lord Buddha, Lord of theWorld and giver of the flame of life to all peoples. So letthe understanding of the convergence of the teachings ofEast and West be the forte of the God-identified man. Andlet souls who love the flame of purity now acquaint them-selves with the flame of Mother,3 and let that Mother ofcosmos nourish once again new life and the new birth.

O Mother Liberty,4 raise your torch high and wel-come all souls of light to America and to earth, and re-veal the Book of the Law and let it be the EverlastingGospel. So let the angel come and let him deliver to thehearts of this people and every people on earth the un-derstanding of the one true Source and that energy whichis God vouchsafed to every living soul.

I call, then, to the lost tribes of the house of Israel:Come forth and claim your God-identity! Come out ofall of the nations and be free and be the teachers of theages and know the I AM THAT I AM within the heartand know your Real Self as the ever-living Christ.

So let the violet flame be the quality of mercy that isnot strained.5 Let the violet flame be invoked daily. Letyour meditation be upon the flame and the flame fre-quency which you will find in the violet-flame color. Thisis my ray. This is the ray of the Aquarian age. This is thecolor of freedom itself.

So let it beat within your heart. Let it infire your heart.Let it instill you with that love of the early patriots andof those who forged that victory of freedom many cen-turies ago in the heart of Europe, in that little country ofSwitzerland where there burns yet a threefold flame forall peoples to dip into and to use for the victory.

O Afra and sons and daughters of Afra,6 I call youto the one law of the I AM THAT I AM. I call you now.Heed the word of the ascended masters and prove yourfreedom and demonstrate your freedom and your abil-ity to be whole.

I speak then to the black and the white and to thoseof every race. Each one of you has the opportunity tobring forth a great genius to this earth, but it must bedone by individual application and soul worth. It mustbe the forging of your Self out of the energy that Godhas placed within your heart.

Now come forth! I send you love. Be free, then, of allof the past! Let the earth be washed by the waters of theliving Word. Let the records of war on every continent,of hatred and prejudice and strife be dissolved now!

For I AM Saint Germain, the sponsor of a new eraof freedom. I sponsor America and every nation on earthwhere freedom is enshrined, and I sponsor every soulwho will yet live to be free.

People of America, pray for those who are not free inevery way and safeguard your heritage of freedom. Forwhen you lose the right to be free by the subtle encroach-ments of the fallen ones, you will regret the hour that youwere not vigilant upon the wall as watchmen of the LORD.

And when the cry to that watchman, “What of thenight?” will be sounded, I am counting on every Ameri-can to be the watchman on the wall of the LORD and thewall of freedom. And when the cry is given forth, then,what will your answer be? I say let it be, “All is well!”
