I have a strong bias for action. My experience has taught me that limited resources are not an excuse for limited performance. Marketing Head As a core member of the starting team, I was involved in bootstrapping Dawailelo.com with negligible resources, to a company with annual sales of Rs. 35 Lakhs in one year; using creative and frugal marketing efforts such as word-of-mouth, zero-budget customer engagement etc. Scaling up the operations, I was also responsible for launch- ing services in Panipat. My major roles were: Devising innovative marketing strategies (both ATL & BTL) & executing them to achieve the target growth. Lead Partnerships with Healthcare Stakeholders (400 Doctors, 50 Pathlabs, 30 Hospitals) & Institutions (Banks, Schools, Govt. Organization, City Clubs, etc.) for business development & marketing. Undertook extensive research to develop an understanding of targeted customers at different cities. Collat- ed research used to device the product launching strategies and devised a feedback mechanism to ensure customer satisfaction & further improvemement. Identified need of the resources, hiring & training them & making them meet deadlines. Prepared documentation & policies for reporting and management purpose. Conducted market research to analyze the consumer buying behavior of the LCV. Also analysed the cause of dropped leads for their LCV (DOST). It uncovered various inefficiencies in selling and servicing procedures of the company, which was a valuable finding for Ashok Leyland. A student-run club of FMS BHU that aims at manifesting the latent entrepreneurial spirit of the young students. Responsible for hosting various speaker sessions, innovative games and supporting them by providing necessary resources such as mentoring, consultancy and networking. A social voluntary movement started by the students of FMS, BHU. Responsible for creating awareness for blood donation and organ donation camps, organizing Ganga-Ghats cleanliness campaigns and assisting beggars to live a healthy life. Responsible for Understanding Water Vapor Feedback Mechanics over Tropics. My role was to Research and Development of the Atmospheric Model and Coding. Research Intern | National Remote Sensing Centre, Hyderabad | June 2012 – July 2012 Responsible for Understanding Seasonal Dynamics of Sea Level in the Tropical Indian Ocean. My role was to Research and Development of the 1&1/2 layer reduced gravity model.
