Manish Harodia is an MBA from IIM Kohikode, prior to which he did his

Corporate Law and B.Com f rom Pune. He has worked with Reckitt Benckiser

and HSBC Plc in the Business transformation function. He is on the official

mentorship initiative for the IIMs and was also the official ‘coach’ of the

Pagalguy Pune Dream Team f or CAT 2010. He has over 7 y ears of teaching

and mentoring experience and at reputed institutions like IIMs, SIBM, IIT,

SRCC etc.

Shabbir Abid is an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and an E&TC engineer from

Govt. College of Engineering Pune (COEP). He has rich experience in the IT and

media industries executing project management and brand-building roles, as well

with HT Media, he was responsible for a brand portfolio of 5 brands, working

directly with the CMO of the organization.

Rakesh Vishwakarma holds an engineering degree in Information Technology

(PUMBA). He has over 5 years of work experience in the diverse fields of IT,

various entrances at National and International level. He is also a visiting

faculty in engineering colleges and B-schools across Maharashtra.

Harshita Aggrawal holds a graduate degree in Commerce f rom Nagpur University

and Masters in Management f rom Pune. She has over 5 years of experience at

the managerial level in multiple roles v iz. HR, Sales and Marketing and Concept

development at organizations like Reliance Communications, Lifestyle, Yes Bank

etc. She is responsible for Corporate Administration, Corporate Image and

Mr. Deepak Motiramani, is an IT Marketing professional passionate

about Education & Technology. He has 15 years of experience in the IT

Industry. He started his career with an R&D organization C-DAC and

led some of the success stories of IT Literacy in which more than 5

million students have been trained in India. He is a visiting faculty for

marketing and strategic management at various management institutes.

Dr. S. Jeyavelu, is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, and a mechanical

engineer from CEG, Anna University. He was a faculty member of IIM

Kozhikode in the OB&HR Area for around five and half years. He is a

adjunct/visiting faculty at IIM Kozhikode, IIT Madras, IFMR, Great

Lakes, and SIBM Bangalore. He is an expert on Creativ ity, Change

Management, OD Interventions, Process Consultation, and Leadership

Lt Col Sunil Brijkishan is a former

Armed Forces officer posted all over

the country. He saw action in Punjab

(anti-militancy) Sri Lanka (as part of

the IPKF) and J&K. He has over 30

years of administrative, operational,

training and mentoring experience, to

students, and professionals at various

Educational institutions and

Corporations globally. His areas of

expertise are Soft skills, Behavioural

skills, and Leadership skills

Prof. Lionel Aranha is a Chartered Accountant and an Adjunct Faculty

at IIM-K since 1998. He is also Director, Triad Serv ices Private Limited,

since May 1994. He was also a Visiting Faculty at TAPMI f rom January,

2000 to April, 2007. He is a Solicitor with broad experience in all

aspects of Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management and Business

Laws which he teaches in various top B schools.

Mr. Anirudh Phadke is General Manager with Indus World

School. He has a total experience of 13+ y ears in the

Education and Training domain. Post his MBA from IIM,

Kozhikode in 1999, he has worked with Career Launcher in

various f unctions like IT, Business Development and

Operations.

Dr. Sharayu Bhakre is an

active acamedician and has built

a store of knowledge in the
