855 Avenue of the Americas is a 570,000-GSF mixed-use development consisting of a residential tower on a commercial base, with separate entrances, lobbies and elevators for residential and commercial tenants. The residential tower is comprised of 375 rental units and diverse amenities, including a roof terrace, pool and basketball court.
