  • Outlook for May

    April was a relatively positive month for real estate activity in Manhattan Beach with 31 recorded sales, $410K

    increase in the market median sales price, and a stable sales/listing ratio. Although the median days to sell

    bumped up by a small percentage, I expect this momentum to reverse course as the summer season heats up.

    In the news

    C.A.R. releases a report citing affordability to explain the 33 percent year-over-year rise in purchases of median-priced, existing single-family home[s] in California.
