9 Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance/faculty Performance
Students and staff are welcome to give their suggestion in a suggestion form. Suggestion boxes are kept in the central location in the college and hostel. Suggestion slips are kept near the suggestion box in a form holder fixed to the wall.
The suggestion box is opened every month by the student representative in the presence of a committee member. All the suggestions are serially numbered and entered in a register.
The suggestion committee will meet every month to analyze and evaluate the suggestion. The committee will suggest necessary action on the suggestions and record the same in the suggestion slip and will forward them to the Principal. The Principal will initiate action. If any action is beyond the authority of the Principal, then it is sent to the Chairman for his advice. Actions taken on the suggestions are informed to the staff/students through the notice board and the records are maintained by Principal
