External Governance of DYPIMR

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)

DYPIMR has obtained an extension of approval for its MBA & MCA program

for the period 2018-19.

Directorate of Technical Education (DTE)

The admission process of MBA for Maharashtra state is totally administered

by DTE. The institute works under the directives of DTE and is mandatory for

the Institute to follow the directives as issued by DTE from time to time. It is

mandatory for the Institute to provide timely data about students,

infrastructure, scholarship schemes etc. of the Institute.

Fee Regulating Authority(FRA)

The above committee regulates the fee structure for the MBA & MCA

program. The Institute charges fees for MBA students which have been

approved by FRA.

Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)

DYPIMR is affiliated to SPPU. Therefore SPPU is an external governing body

which exercises governance through its Local Inquiry Committee (LIC). The

LIC conducts its inspection once in two years. On compliance report of LIC,

SPPU grants extension of affiliation to the Institute for the respective period.

Pravesh Niyantran Samitee (PNS)

The admission process of MBA done by DTE is finally approved by PNS.

A Faculty is evaluated on various parameters like proficiency, communications &

presentation skills, responsiveness & interaction with students & level of overall

confidence developed in the subject.

If the feedback is not up to the minimum acceptance level than in some of the

cases the faculties were counseled from the director & admin head services.

Prevention against Sexual Harassment:

� To examine complaints against sexual harassment or sexual discrimination,

and take necessary remedial measures wherever possible or submit its
