authorised to sanction short duration leaves to their staff

members, are authorized to sanction local expenses made on

internal assessment, holding personality development

seminars, workshops etc. HODs take feedback from students

to improve our system of working. Faculty advisor teacher is

nominated for each class to help the students for expressing

their views and expectations and problems.

11 Grievance redressal mechanism for

faculty, staff and students

Any staff member is allowed to approach HOD, Principal or

put down his/her grievances to any key senior person which

are discussed in our concerned committee meeting and

amicably sorted out. Student's grievance is solved as per

University guidelines. Heads of departments along with

Principal decide procedure for implementation of academic

calendar taking into confidence all staff members especially

faculty members.
