OUR HISTORY

From our humble beginnings in 1966 to our current state-of-the art production facility, the Mancino label has always stood for quality. As a family-run business with a third generation now on board, we are ever-committed to our founding principal: “Quality Above All Else.” This excellence is evident in every aspect of our manufacturing... from the raw materials used to produce the end item, to the hands-on craftsmanship visible in each product.

Manufacturing technology has changed dramatically over the past 46 years and the Mancino factory has remained at the forefront. All new CNC cutting equipment for fabric and wood, new electronic sewing systems, and in-house digital printing and design capabilities are just some of the improvements made to ensure quality and efficiency. And all this is housed in a 50,000 sq ft production facility.

The company has celebrated many anniversaries and mile-stones over the years. While we have adjusted to meet market demands, internet growth and industry fluctuations, all three Mancino generations remain true to the original plan: Dedication. Commitment. Tradition.

For over 46 years, Mancino Softwall™ Wainscot panels have added that extra margin of safety that many facilities need, from elementary schools to universities, day care centers, professional sports stadiums and arenas. Our superior wall cushioning protects active students and athletes from a wide range of potential injuries.

Mancino o�ers many di�erent styles and thicknesses of wall padding. We will assist you in selecting the right padding and style for your facility, and help you design and lay out your padded area.

Typical indoor wall panels are 24” wide x 72” high. Outdoor stadium padding is 48” wide x 96” high. However, all dimensions can be easily customized to �t the unique needs of your facility.

You may choose from a range of installation methods for all styles of padding. Mancino factory sewn cutouts and pre-fabricated corners are also available.

Added features: For dramatic changes to your room, ask about our graphics capabilities. For standard lettering or logos imprinted on your wall padding, choose our one- or two-color process. MMC-110-9 SERIES SOFTWALLWall Padding is a 2-inch thick, low smoke polychloroprene compound foam filler with a density of 9-lb/ cu. ft. laminated to a 7/16-inch SFI® certified responsible urea formaldehyde free recycled composite wood backer board, and covered in a 16 -oz. / sq. yd. vinyl coated polyester, CPSIA - 6P and lead compliant. This wall padding achieved a Class “A” fire retardant rating under ASTM E-84. It also has been tested to the ASTM standard 2440-04 Impact attenuation.

MMC-110-8 SERIES SOFTWALLWall Padding is a 2-inch thick low smoke polychloroprene compound foam filler with a density of 6-lb/ cu. ft. laminated to a 7/16-inch SFI® certified responsible urea formaldehyde freerecycled composite wood backer board, and covered in a 16 -oz. / sq. yd. vinyl coated polyester, CPSIA - 6P and lead compliant. This product achieved a Class “A” fire retardant rating under ASTM E-84.

Available in all MMC-110 Softwall™ Wainscot styles, these finishing pieces will complete your permanent padding project. These plywood-backed, pre-fabricated sections are constructed from the same materials as specified in the main wall area. Each pad can be manufactured to your exact requirements (return depth-width of column and height) and can be installed on steel, concrete, concrete block or wood columns.

These custom pieces add the finishing touches to your wall pad area. Available in all colors. Pre-fabricated in our factory to the exact dimensions required to wrap columns or return corners at doorways, they provide maximum protection from sharp concrete or steel corners. This product is manufactured from the same materials as your wall pad selection so all pieces are uniform in appearance and style.

PRE-FITTED POST PADS

Pre-formed to fit easily around any post, these pads are filled with contour cut polyurethane foam and covered in our 18oz vinyl coated polyester fabric. They are designed for years of outdoor use and can easily handle all indoor pole pad applications. The pad snaps around the pole and closes securely witha 2” hook and loop fastening flap. Lettering or full color graphics can be added.

Available in 4 standard sizes witha standard height of 72”.

These wraps are designed to cover larger round poles, squares or rectangular pilasters and are manufactured to your specific requirements. Covered with 18oz vinyl coated polyester fabric and filled with 2” closed cell polyethylene foam filler, they can stand up to both indoor and outdoor use. Standard height is 6’. Please send dimensions so we may provide you with an accurate price quote. Lettering or full color graphics can be added.

Our “I” Beam Pad uses a channel design to wrap around the face and the edges of the beam. It is filled with 3” thick polyurethane foam and covered with 18oz vinyl coated polyester fabric. Two 2” strips of hook fastener are sewn onto the back channel portion of the pad. These strips mate with the accompanying self stick loop (supplied with purchase) that is applied to the face of the “I” beam. Standard height of 6’. Lettering or full color graphics can be added.

These versatile, removable folding mats can be used to pad both walls and floors. They are available in 3 styles to cover all ages and levels of activity in an active environment. Lightweight and portable, our padding is easy to hang and easy to handle with accordion-style folds every 2’. Available in heights of 4’, 5’ and 6’ and lengths of 6’, 8’, 10’ and 12’.

This mat is filled with a base layer of 1-1/2” polyethylene foam and a top layer of 1” polyurethane. It is versatile and practical for many different active environments, from early childhood areas to university multipurpose rooms.

Filled with 2” crosslinked polyethylene foam, this firm surface mat provides the ultimate in protection against head injury when used for tumbling, cheerleading and martial arts training. This mat has and passed the ASTM standard 2404-04 impact attenuation and achieved ratings below 1000 HIC and below 200g max.

This traditional 1-3/8” crosslinked polyethylene foam-�lled mat has served as the base mat for many areas from wrestling rooms to multipurpose rooms to main gymnasiums. The accordion-style folds and the lightweight, easy handling features of this mat make it simple to install and remove.

Our environmentally friendly, exterior grade treated wood composite panel is manufactured with phenolic resins to resist moisture, rot and resins, as well as checking, splitting and cracking. It features uniform density with no knots or voids. Full product information guide is available upon request.

Our 16/17oz per square yard vinyl laminated polyester fabric is water and mildew resistant withexceptional resistance to UV. It is also flame retardant to specifications of California State Fire Marshal, F-121-02; NFPA 701; ASTM E-84 Class “A” fire rating. 5 year limited warranty. Available in 36 colors.This product has been tested and passed to meet ASTM 2440-04 for impact attenuation.

Installing Mancino Stadium Padding is fast and easy with two “Z-Clip” Attaching Bars. This heavy-duty aluminum attaching device is secured to the back of the plywood panel with our exlcusive “Sta-Put” T-Nut. The “Z-Clip” mate is included with the shipment tocomplete the attachment to the stadium wall. This attaching method is standard on all Mancino stadium pads.

The Newest and Safest Available Fence Top Protection

This unique product was designed by Mancino and was chosen by Little League Baseball, Inc. for installation at their Williamsport Little League World Series Championship Field.

This premium fence top padding features a unique tunnel design that easily fits over most fence and rail tops.

Three inches of protective polyurethane foam covered with industrial grade, 18oz “rip-stop” vinyl fabric provides superior protection and years of durable and affordable service.

Installation is made easy with grommet strips sewn to the back of the pad that attach to the fence or rail with nylon cable ties. Each pad has 2” hook and loop fasteners on each end for smooth “end to end” attachment.

Standard size: 6’ long with 18” drop on field side and 6” drop on back. Custom sizes available.

Filled with 3/4” EVA-crosslinked polyethylene foam for zero water absorption, this pad is covered with 14oz fire retardant vinyl laminated nylon fabric and has brass grommets for attaching. Installation is easy with standard nylon cable ties. This rail pad easily fits rail sizes from 1-3/4” outside diameter to 2” outside diameter. Available in 6’, 7’, 8’ and 9’ lengths.
