    REFLECTION

In the middle of a hectic schedule we

need to stop and ask ourselves:

    - Must I really do all I have scheduled in

    the allotted time?

    - Does God want me to do all I'm trying todo?

    - What are my priorities?

    WITHYOUR MISSION & VISION.

God has given each of us a unique

personal mission. He has called each of

us to be a unique person in His image and

to specifically accomplish certain things in

the light of the strengths and opportunitiesHe has given us. If we have determined

our personal mission, we can use this as a

gauge to determine which activities areconsistent with our life mission and goals.

    V. CONCLUSION

What we've presented here is not just a time management tool,

but a way of thinking- a way of thinking not just for managingtime but, more importantly, for leading our lives. You can use

other tools and forms that suit your style and preference but

still reflects this way of thinking. However, the tool must be

consistent with the principles presented here. The greatest

value of the Grid II process is not what it does to your schedule but what it does to your thinking, because once you

begin to think in terms of importance, you begin to see time

differently. Our hope is that you can stop at the end of the day,

at the end of the week or year and even at the end of your life

and say just like Jesus said to the Father,

"1 have completed the work You gave me to do. "
