The revised information originally included as Confidential Attachment C to Advice 4140-E is provided herein as Confidential Attachment A. PURPOSE The purpose of this advice letter is to submit to the California Public Utilities Commission’s (Commission’s) Energy Division (ED) staff a Revised Confidential attachment to Advice 4140-E, originally submitted on January 10, 2020. During two teleconferences on January 24 and 31, 2020, ED brought to SCE’s attention inadvertent non-substantive typographical errors in the Confidential Attachment C to Advice 4140-E. As such, SCE is revising the Confidential Attachment C in Advice 4140-E to correct those inadvertent errors. REVISIONS Confidential Attachment A to this advice letter corrects inadvertent typographical reporting errors in the original confidential Attachment C of Advice 4140-E. The corrections are based upon the above-referenced feedback received from the Commission’s Energy Division staff. The inadvertent clerical errors did not impact results of SCE’s 2020 DRAM solicitation. SCE is submitting Confidential Attachment A so that the Commission has complete and accurate data. Consistent with D.08-04-23, Ordering Paragraph 9, the Confidentiality Declaration SCE provided as Attachment L with Advice 4140-E continues to apply to this submission This advice letter will not increase any rate or charge, cause the withdrawal of service, or conflict with any other schedule or rule.

SUBJECT: Southern California Edison Company’s 2020 Demand Response Auction Mechanism Results Corrections

Southern California Edison Company (SCE) hereby submits this Advice Letter (Advice) to correct non-public information to SCE’s 2020 Demand Response Auction Mechanism (DRAM) results, which were required by Decision (D.)14-12-024 and D.19-07-009. TIER DESIGNATION Pursuant to Resolution E-5015, this advice letter is submitted with a Tier 1 designation, which is the same tier designation as Advice 4140-E. EFFECTIVE DATE

SCE requests this advice letter be made effective on January 10, 2020, the same day as the original submittal, Advice 4140-E.

PROTESTS

SCE asks that the Commission, pursuant to GO 96-B, General Rule 7.5.1, maintain the original protest and comment period designated in Advice 4140-E and not reopen the protest period for this advice letter. The minor corrections of the inadvertent typographical errors included within this advice letter do not make substantive changes that would affect the overall evaluation of Advice 4140-E.
