This presentation will enable participants to identify and understand the characteristics and traits of the four generations currently in the workforce
The concepts discussed will allow payroll management and payroll staff to effectively work with others to achieve goals; develop and maintain relationships with others; and adjust approaches to suit different people and situations
In addition, participants will be taught to respond appropriately to the needs, feelings and capabilities of others along with best strategies to achieve maximum productivity from members of each generation
