• New data in a medical speciality– Many topics– One subspeciality
Bibliography, how?
• Scheduled meetings• Readers choosen• Which level of analysis
– Complete analysis (methodology, results, …)– Giving only the new data– Writen report?
• To create motivation– Relaxed meeting, every body can give his/her comment– Senior’s incentive
Bibliography, which gain for resident?
• Professional knowledge improvement• To develop a criticism mind• To learn how to present data
– Choice of article– Making slides– How to speak
