Target Group: • The program is specially designed and suitable for middle managers from the business and
public sectors organizations
Duration: • Theprogramincludessixmoduleswithfivetrainingdayseach.Themoduleswilltakeplace
every eight weeks during the one-year duration of the program.
Assesment: • Case study solution and presentation • Overall presentation at the end of the program.
Qualification: TheparticipantscangettwotypesofjointAlfaisal-EBS-Certificates• CertificationofAttendance(aftereachmodule)• CertificationofCompetence(aftersuccessfulcompletionofprogram).
The participants choose and complete two from the possible three elective courses based on their specialization and focus
The three compulsory training blocks are to develop the basicsand opportunity for specialization.

I. General Management and LeadershipTo introduce the roles of management and leadership from a contingency perspective and develop key managerial leadership competencies.

III. Communication and Change ManagementTo discuss the importance and challenges of communication and change management in organizations, as well as gain practical experience in different communication-intensive leadership situations.

IV. Finance and Management ControlTo introduce and illustrate the key functions, tools and structure of a management control system in organizations, as well as its connection to managerial decision-making.

V. People ManagementTo develop key skills in people management for line managers that can align with formal human capital mechanisms and effective interpersonal and group performance principles.
