Introduction
• The Managed Service is Service Level Agreement, managed for a period not less than 6 months:– Daily failure reporting and pro-active issue resolution– Weekly SLA Reporting– Monthly Usage and SLA reporting
• Silverlining Technology supplies and owns the NAS devices and licenses, so the customer needs not worry about failures.
• Hybrid solution combining both a local and cloud backup for full redundancy and quick restores.

• Hybrid Solution with North Europe or local South African Cloud storage
• Application aware backup solution
• Data retention up to 99 years as per Azure Vault
• Focused on the SMME and Small Corporate (200 TB data)
• Ability to create a DR Solution if required
• Compression into the cloud of up to 70%
