Topguard®EQfungicideistheonlypremixcombiningthebenefitsofhighlysystemicandlong-lastingGroup3fungicideflutriafolwithatop-of-classGroup11strobilurinfungicideazoxystrobin.Thisuniquecombinationbroadensthespectrumofdiseasesthatcanbecontrolledandofferstwomodesofactiontocombatdiseaseresistance.

TopguardEQfungicide’stwomodesofactionaredistinctlydifferent.Flutriafolprovidessomeofthelongestresidualcontrolinitsclassandisverymobileintheplant’sxylem.Onceapplied,flutriafolrapidlypenetratesthewaxylayeroftheleafandmovesthroughouttheplanttopreventdiseaseonset.Azoxystrobininhibitsfungalrespiration,causingthefungalcellstodie,anditalsoreducesplantstressforimprovedplanthealth.
