10 STEPS TO RECEIVE THE SERVICE
1. The resident registers as a user of the ToD service (by
filling in the form in advance or during the firsttrip);
2. The resident applies for the trip at least 24 hours in
advance (including the return trip);
3. The coordinator of the Mobility center (MC)accepts the call
and registers the trip in the system;
4. The system creates a route based on booked trips (the
schedule is formed by following priorities, such as doctor's
appointment);
5. The MC coordinator contacts the transport provider;
6. Passengers receive a confirmation text messagewhen the
vehicle will arrive
7. The next day, shortly before the ToDservice, the system sends
a remindermessage that at XX: XX the passenger will be met at the
agreed place;
8.The ToD service is provided;
9. The passenger must sign for the service received;
10. If pre-booked, the passenger is also taken back home.
