Slide format

• Set the page setup– File menu option Page Setup…

• Set the page footer– View menu option Header and Footer…

• Set the slide layout– View menu option Master option Slide Master

• Set the title slide layout– Insert menu option New Title Master

Set the page setup

• File menu option Page Setup…

• Select slide size from the Slides-sized for: box

• Select the page layout of the slides and notes, handouts & outline from the Orientation box

• When finished click the OK button

Set the page footer

• View menu option Header and Footer…• Select date and time to

update automatically or specify a fixed date

• Select slide number• Specify footer text• When finished click

Apply to All button

Set the slide layout

• View menu - option Master - option Slide Master

• Change layout as required

• Add rectangle to separate the title and body

• Edit footer text

Set the title slide layout

• Insert menu option New Title Master• Change layout as

required• Add rectangle

to separate the title and body

• When finished use View menu to change view
