Lay a piece of angle along the chalk line withthe vertical flange resting on the chalkline.

Drill holes through the angle and into theconcrete 1 3/4” deep for a 1/4” concreteanchor screw using the masonry drill bit

recommended by the fastener manufacturer.Insert the anchor screw and secure angles

to the floor.

To add lengths of angle on any wall, lay asecond piece next to the one in place anduse a saw to cut the extra to size.

Align the upper angle along your markson the ceiling and attach with 1 3/4”

pan heads screws.

Measure the distance from the floor to the topof the ceiling angle at several different pointsalong each 4’ section. Select the shortestdimension and subtract 1/4”. The result is thetotal height for your wall panels.

For safety, make all panel cuts outdoors.Use safety glasses, ear protection and dust

masks. Measure panels and use a chalkline to mark. Cut 3/4 of thickness of paneland then turn the panel over to complete

the cut.

Insert a pan head screw that measures 1”greater than the width of the panel. Partitionwalls will be secured by drilling and screwingthrough the angle and then into the wall panel.and secure the wall panel to both the floorand ceiling angles.

Strike a chalk line along the floor. Thevertical flange of your aluminum anglewill rest on this line.

Transfer the chalk line from the floor to load-bearing beams in the ceiling. You may needto adjust the position of the wall (both topand bottom) to avoid obstacles at the ceiling

as well as the floor.Where necessary, you’ll need to install

blockouts to hold the upper angle. [SeeDetail 6 on Page 4]

To add lengths of angle on any wall, lay asecond piece next to the one in place anduse a saw to cut the extra to size.

Carefully level the panel in place and shimfirmly in place. Break off excess shim material.

Predrill appropriately sized pilot holes intowall panels as follows: One hole 12” from

each side edge (side) and 1” from thebottom and top edges. A total of 4 screwswill be used to secure each perimeter panel.

Two at the top and two at the bottom.

Insert a pan head screw that measures 1”greater than the width of the panel. Partitionwalls will be secured by drilling and screwingthrough the angle and then into the wall panel.and secure the wall panel to both the floorand ceiling angles.

Cut spline material to fit and insert into theprovided slot in the wall panel.

Cut the next panel to insert into the first asrequired. Be sure to shim and level each panelbefore pre-drilling and securing with screws.

Cut a T-strip to length and insert betweeneach pair of panels to cover the seams.

Apply an adhesive calk on the back side ofthe T-strip and press firmly into place along

the whole length of the seam.Clean up any excess calk with a clean rag

and warm water.

Tip the first panel into place at the endof one wall angle.

To start, Measure wall distance on the longeststraight wall. Each panel is 48” wide.

To attach a ceiling angle to a non-load-bearing wall, you will need to add blockoutsat 16” centers to support the angle. Install

the blockouts before Step 8.

Finish your wall with a segment of wallpanel large enough to span the remainingspace. You will need to rotate out yourlast full panel to spline and assemblethe segment and then rotate both backagainst the angle.

Finish securing all wall panels to the ceilingand floor angles. Mark where all the electrical

outlet boxes need to be installed.NOTE: Follow your local building code

for wall locations and they should belocated in line with the wire channels

provided in your wall panels.

To start, Measure wall distance on the longeststraight wall. Each panel is 48” wide.

To complete an outside corner joint, carefullytrim off a section of one panel (about 2.5”)leaving the outer panel surface untouched. Trima small part portion, about a saw blade widthoff the second panel as well. Fit the secondpan up against the first.
