    Youth, not only in the Wall Street but everywhere,are getting angry, for Education is gettingunaffordable to them. It has emerged to threatentheir very future. If they go for education, it will put

    them in debt trap. If they do not go for education,their future is spoiled.

    Education has been emerging as a lucrative businessor industry without any botheration for quality,relevance and usefulness.

    Everybody knows that even if one is educated, thereis no guarantee for job or acquiring useful skill orknowledge or expertise, or competency. This is thedilemma of theYouth.

    Education, from Kindergarten to University, offered either by theGovernments or the Private enterprises, has become unviable andunmanageable and unredeemable like a sinking ship. Nobody knows howto sake Education; experts and educationists meet, debate, discuss and

    offer counseling and consultations. International agencies like UNESCO,the World Council of Education, IFIP, etc. and etc. bringrecommendations. Government agencies bring out new curriculums.Information Technology has become a liability in Education. In spite ofall,Education is getting bad to worse. All Reforms in Education end withfailures and frustrations. Now it is time for a Revolution in Education at all

    levels and spheres.

    The very approach towards Knowledge or Education is based onthe Philosophy The Chosen Few. It implies that Knowledge orEducation is not meant for all, but for the Chosen Few who canbe selected by a filtering mechanism based either on money or

    grade/marks. Knowledge or Education has been made highlyexpensive and therefore not meant for all.

    In most cases, men with religion or faith treat Knowledge as theGift or Grace of the Divine and as such it should not beaccessible or affordable to all; for the communists or thematerialists the chosen few is the intellectuals or party leaders

    and the rest, the working class. As a result, Knowledge orEducation globally has deliberately be made highly expensiveand unaffordable or inaccessible or unbeneficial to over 90% ofthe Humanity.

    Education System and Delivery of Knowledge Products orServices have been made inefficient and ineffective globally fortheir sub-optimal operations and defective system designingand above all the dangerous philosophy of Knowledge orEducation.

    Consequently, under the existing approach or philosophy, it isnot possible to make Education or Knowledge Accessible,Affordable and Beneficial to the entire Humanity even after 200

    years making investments in terms of billions. What is required is to formulate new or revolutionary approach

    towards Knowledge or Education and Design the New Systemof Delivery of Knowledge or Education accessible, affordableand beneficial to all.

    Education is basically a process of Consuming Knowledge andProducing Knowledge. At the early stages, emphasis is given toKnowledge Consumption and at the later stages, KnowledgeProduction, including its use or application. The role of teachersis helping students in formation, development and use ofa setconcepts in the specified domains along with developing thenecessary communication skills.

    Students must be equipped in the logical positioning of relatedconcepts and treating unrelated concepts separately so as to

    mapping knowledge in a most beneficial way. Students must bemade aware of the structure, method and presentation orcommunication of knowledge. Every student must be madeaware of the basic Human Values and treating the EntireHumanity as a whole and a single entity.

    Everybody in Education tells that Education is noble activity of creating ormolding useful and productive citizens for the nation or the country or thereligion. But in effect the existing system of education is a corruptive

    mechanism for creating self-fish or self-centered individuals loyal to aparticular leader or country or religion or race or culture or tribe without anyuniversal or human values. Children are taught to hate or to wage warsagainst the others who are branded as enemies or the most wretched orunwanted elements.

    Though everybody claims that Education is a great service for the humanity, it

    has been reduced into a pure business or commercial activity to make profits.Under the existing education systems, including the Knowledge managementsystem, the most mismanaged and underutilized wealth or resource isKnowledge. Humanity is using less than 2% of the Knowledge that it hascreated so far.

    The existing system of education has been designed or made todeny the accessibility of Knowledge to over 90% of theHumanity. Education has deliberately been made unaffordableto over 95% of the Humanity. Quality and beneficial educationhas been delivered to less than 1 or 2% who alone can be madecompetent to put knowledge into practice or application. Theseproblems have been made aggravated with the introduction orapplication of Information Technology in spite of the falseclaims made by many.

    The basis of the Humanity- centered Education is makingKnowledge Accessible, Affordable and Beneficial to the entireHumanity and not limited to the chosen few.

    It is high time to treat Knowledge as a commodity orproduct to consume and produce by all without any

    Divinity just like any other products or services. ThoughKnowledge is intangible and its building blocs areconcepts, it can b e categorized and measured inquantitative and qualitative terms.

    The universe of knowledge consists of hundreds ofDomains and thousands of sub-domains. The structureof knowledge is non-linear and dynamic and there existsa common structure for all Domains of Knowledge.

    Knowledge kept in books, libraries or computers are in staticform. Such a knowledge cannot induce or inspire or motivatethe masses, except a handful having accessibility to it. Static

    knowledge becomes cumbersome and unusable so that its

    beneficial effects are limited to insignificantly small fractionof the humanity.

    As and when static knowledge is consumed by a set of

    scholars and re-represented or communicated to thetargeted audience or consumers, it becomes Dynamic.

    Dynamic Knowledge is subjective that makes it pro-activeand motivating or empowering force or energy.

    The services of the Mega Knowledge Banks or Corporations canbe extended globally by making use of the existing InformationCommunication Networks, even to the remotest corners, atdifferent levels by using a different System and Methodology orTechnology that can be developed within a short span of time.

    When Knowledge is processed and services or products aremade globally, that too millions of users with similar level andrequirements, it can be delivered at a very affordable cost in aneasily usable and accessible format.

    Delivery centers can be set up locally, besides making theexisting Schools, Colleges and Universities as the LearnerCoordination and Service Delivery centers. Provisions can alsobe incorporated to make learner assessment and awardingperformance report or even certificates by observing the newlymade international standard , criteria or quality.

    The New System of Global Education or Knowledge Delivery Systemis aimed at making Knowledge or Education accessible to the entireHumanity at affordable cost at a most beneficial way.

    It aims at the optimal use of the Knowledge by the entire Humanity soas to empower each and everybody and thereby attaining a ten foldincrease in the use of the knowledge and creation of new knowledge,including application of knowledge.

    This will facilitate making every human task knowledge intensive andan unimaginable economic, scientific, technological, intellectual,aesthetic and spiritual advancements of the Humanity. This is the NewRevolution in Knowledge or Education, quite different from all thefailed reforms in Education.

    The very Philosophy of the New Revolution in Knowledge orEducation is taking the Humanity as a whole or a single entitywithout leaving anybody on any ground such as race, tribe,religion, nationality; and making Knowledge accessible,affordable and beneficial to each and every member of theHumanity.

    The Theoretical Foundation is based on Mathews Theory ofKnowledge Consumption Production Correlation and Mathews

    Stage Theory of Knowledge Consumption-ProductionGrowth. The Operational aspect is built upon Knowmatics. These aspects
