1.Agus: Diferent between calculus and basic math?

Answers : calculus is a branch of basic math. Because in general we

are more familiar with basic math than calculus, and we know calculus when

we in college. (clear)

2.Grace : Which part of engineering that used calculus to solve

engineering problems give example part of

engineering?

Answers : Engineering physics majors is one engineering that uses

mathematical sciences to apply knowledge of engineering physics itself.

Materials Engineering Expertise For example, in the required fields of basic

science and basic engineering maematika to study engineering physics.

3.EL : Why not calculus to be a one of part (in science) only?

Answers: because we need a simple way to lesson this part. We

knew in elementary school through high school, we learn more

about mathematics than just calculus and calculus is given

when we lecture. So to facilitate the general learning of

arithmetic, then the name is used only as a source of

knowledge matemaika (clear)

4.Angga : What is relation between Nuclear medicine and

calculus ?

Answers : to calculate the principe of fusion energy. In calculus we

learn the lessons part-time that is used to calculate the decay of a

chemical element. Nuclear medicine uses the principle of decay

time to shed the rays acquire uranium and alpha, beta and

gamma. Rays are very useful in the field of health (Clear)

Opinion about EL question :

Calculus and basic math is very diferent because all about topics (theory, discipline, source) between calculus and basic math is too diferent.

EL: calculus is difficult and hard to application in EL’s habits

SUMMARY

Calculus is the foundation of mathematics and other exact sciences such as physics, chemistry and biology. Calculus is very important because the basic

calculus studying the science of calculation that would be useful for your own math majors and other majors inexact. And if we feel unable to learn calculus, then do not ever try to enter the exact direction that is definitely going to use the disciplines of the calculus to perform calculations.
