We have many patients who know just when they start to get segments locking, and they schedule accordingly. Others may need some coaching. Ask the doctor. Some people like three week or six wee intervals. Others may go two or three months. Few can go for years without the need for adjustment. They eventually come back in the middle of a painful and costly episode. Just ask!
