Site Cleaning Protocol

people how to properly dispose of their food, beverages, and construction debris.

❑ Community equipment and tools will be checked out on a daily basis and cleaned at the end of the shift.

❑ All personnel must utilize their own dedicated PPE. Shared/community PPE will not be allowed.

Fit For Duty

❑ Recommend that individuals who feel they are high-risk, as defined by CDC, not work onsite at the project.

❑ Any person with a fever or a positive COVID-19 diagnosis will not be allowed to enter the site until they are free of fever for at least 24-hours without the use of fever-reducing medicines.

❑ Any person that has had close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient (“Close contact” is defined as being within 2m/6ft of a person with a confirmed case of COVID-19 for a prolonged period of time) will not be allowed to enter the site for 14-days starting from the day they last interacted with the person with COVID-19.

❑ All personnel requesting access must be compliant with any applicable quarantine requirements for travelers returning from international locations.

❑ Special designation (hardhat stickers or badges) may be needed to be provided for all personnel who have been trained to enter the jobsite.

1. Individual Assistance - While not finalized, all taxpayers MAY be receiving a check-up to $1,200, couples up to $2,400, and additional payments of $500 per child. Amounts may be reduced for 2018 incomes over $75,000. This might help you make it through the next few weeks/months.2. Benefit programs such as expanded Family Medical Leave, Paid Sick Leave, expanded Unemployment Insurance programs may also help you make it through these times.3. Small Business Administration (SBA) loans up to $2 million dollars for small and medium businesses at low-interest rates and no payments for the first year may help businesses cover payroll, pay bills and debt payments, and get businesses through this crisis.4. Programs such as the Shared Work Program through the Texas Workforce Commission may be a solution for you and your employees.5. Knowing how to approach your landlord to negotiate rent adjustments, vendors on payment plans, etc. may also help you weather this storm and get you to the other side!6. Local jobs that are available for temporarily displaced workers will be included on a local Job Bank, and restaurants that are working hard through Delivery/Carry Out will be listed.
