Senior Assistant Manager:

Ensures that debtors receive timely reminders and statements in the mail. Make a minimum number of contacts per week. Creates monthly and quarterly reports providing details regarding the number of

delinquent.

Accounts, payments received and past-due or outstanding payments. Relays to controller any and all accounts that need to be written off to bad debt. Negotiated payoffs, determined payment settlements, plans, and schedules. Analyzed accounts to determine qualification for equity refinancing through a

broker network of long-term business relationships. Set-up and maintained hands-on management of all accounts. Maintained and updated computerized account records. Achieve assigned target with regards to recoveries on retail front end cases by

ensuring timely follow up on overdue cases as per the collections policy. Coordinate with all branches. Resolve customer complaints within the expected time frame.

Collector:

Follow-up the bank customers (credit cards & Auto loans). Auto Loan, Personal loan, SME and Credit card collections. Collect payments on past due Accounts. Organize list according to severity of delinquency. Locate customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan

documents, and other paperwork or databases. Call customers using telephone and all other social ways for communication.

Utilize computer systems to handle skip-tracing. Inform clients of overdue accounts and amount current owed. Attempt to collect payment. Review terms of sale or loan documents. Ensure all customers' information

(phone num, address. Etc.) are up-to-date. To analyze customer’s situation to determine reason of default and possibility to

recover the debt through best debt solution such as reschedulement, postponement or repayment plan.

Identify and escalate cases requires repossession proceedings, criminal actions, or, outsourcing to collection agencies.

Purge records if debt has been recovered or paid-off. Day to day following up. Improving agencies performance. Preparing monthly report for agencies performance. Preparing agency pay out and commission bills. Providing the agency MIS to the management along with the expected closing

and achievement.
