Commissioning:

Lead multi discipline team to ensure allocated systems are ready for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Commissioned membrane based Nitrogen generation packages by "Airdyne" in along with vendor representative including trouble shooting and making temporary changes to be able to run these units as stand alone units while downstream facilities were being completed.

Participated in weekly Management safety walks, and tool box talks to ensure process, plant

and personnel safety. Note: Project has achieved 21 mm manhours without a single LTI for the beginning. Achieved IIF (Incident and Injury Free) 22 weeks with > 1000 people were working. Mastered "POL (Project On Line)" & "MC-plus" to access project related data and

follow completion activities (Fluor specific programs). Investigated an incident related to unexpected starting of N2 package, involved

interviews, data analysis including historian on DCS and MCC. Identified causes, made recommendations to avoid recurrence.
