COPBRANDS Co. has proudly to invite all Cheerleading & Dance teams from around the world to INTERNATIONAL Inside the of Champions 2018 Stage, to be held from 16th to 20th MAY in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.

1. INVITATION All schools, Clubs, Associations, Institutes, Universities and All-Star Teams from any part of the World can participate, plus all the coaches to participate in this tournament, are benefits of the program COPBRANDS.

4. REGISTRATION PACKAGESRegistrations are open to the Championship from August 1st, 2017 and remain closed until 15th APRIL 2018.

7. CHAMPIONS 2018-2019In all classes will get the delivery of:
• INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONS TROPHYCOPBRANDS 2018 (Exclusive Design)• CHAMPIONS T-SHIRT For each Participant• CHAMPIONS PENNANT COPBRANDS 2018• $ 450,000.00 Four hundred fifty thousand pesos or more invested in participation and all inclusive packages in 2019 involving his team. These packages are divided into the top of the different categories (Species Prize packages Championship The Magical Championship of The World 2018)• COACH JACKET COPBRANDS CHAMPIONS 2018• MEDALS CHAMPIONS 2018 COPBRANDS(Medal participant)• MERCHANDISE COPBRANDS
All teams will receive recognition for participation in the International Cheerleading and Dance final. In the awards will be possible to increase upon the support of the sponsors entering the event.
CONSIDERATIONS AWARDSCROSSOVERS AWARDS (See Regulation Crossovers)If the elements Perform crossover (multiple units) resulting Champions on 1 or more categories (Cheer or Dance) may have their OFFICIAL Shirt and Medal Champions, based on this one for liquidated registration.
CATEGORY WHIT NO MORE THAN 3 TEAMS COMPETING It is understood as Team Champion - He who has the opportunity to compete for a title. REGISTRATION1. BASIC REGISTRATIONAll teams must fill out your REGISTRATION FORM with BASIC specific participation data as:
1.1 GENERAL INFORMATION TEAM. 1.2 COMPETITION COPBRANDS. 1.3 TYPE OF REGISTRATION (National - Basic, Full Economic) 1.4 NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS. 1.5 REGISTRATION OF ROUTINES or CATEGORIES
(The categories given in the Basic registration will be taken as official participation for the Championship. NO CATEGORIES REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED without this document. Basic Registration does not guarantee participation or blocking Hotels headquarters and/or rooms. This Register is available at the website: www.copbrands.co or may request via e-mail to [email protected]

2. PAYMENT TO GUARANTEE YOUR PARTICIPATIONTo ensure the registration of your team as well as rooms within host hotel, you must make a deposit of usually 35 to 50% of the estimated your delegation.
2.1 PRICES . The registration fee is attached to this conv. Select the type of package you prefer. 50% is required by an international transfer will be able to liquidate the rest the day of registration.

Note: Registration must be sent COMPLETE, should not can be taken as valid information. Once confirmed, any CANCELLATION of the members will be charged and there will be no refund for packages or nights booked in the Hotel.
3. HOTELSRegistration Packages at any form, the hotels were reserved seat as full payment of all inscriptions.
4. CREDENTIALSThis document is essential and is the only one that covers participation and affiliation of competitors to the championships as a member of COPBRANDS this.
4.1 COST should not have any credential or participants need replacement for pay $ 10.00 dlls per share recovery.
4.2 EFFECTIVE photo credentials will be 2 years, without photo only, will be for the current event.
4.3 REQUESTING CREDENTIALS Documents to be submitted 2 months before the championship (check calendar dates) via e-mail to [email protected] or [email protected]:
• Digital Photographs• Size of each credential of the members under the instruction-following Example File: rename DSC095.JPG as PARTICIPANTNAME.JPG • Make the payment requested for the credentials.
5. TEAM LOGOSend the official team logo in digital format for the production of audiovisual displays, magazine images, General program and annexes. Send your logo to [email protected] or [email protected]
6. FULL REGISTRATIONIn this step, the coach must choose the type and number of packets, register their payments. Rooming list must complete and ready Participants.

7. MUSICAll coaches must bring your MUSIC BACKUP or Copy on CD (recorded in AUDIO format).
7.1 DURATION - The duration of the music routines shall not exceed 2 minutes- 30 seconds (2:30:00).
7.2 CABIN - All coaches must bring your MUSIC CD (Recorded in AUDIO format) - there is no other means of reproduction is allowed, and they or the person responsible must put PLAY During Competition.
7.3 RESPONSIBILITY The coach or person to will put play must be 5 routines before, If failure Track, poor recording, not reading, Scratches or Passing the time limit stipulated, it is understood as a direct responsibility of the participating teams, deduction shall be taken into your routine.
