Sunglo was designed by former Boeing engineers over 40 years ago and is proudly manufactured in the USA from USA parts. Your Sunglo Greenhouse is constructed of a durable, aircraft grade aluminum framework. Aluminum rivets firmly bond the aluminum frame. Sunglo supports over 34 lbs. of snow per square foot and withstands wind gusts of 80 miles per hour without worry. The acrylic glazing is a unique 1 ½” thick dual layer panel system that is a Sunglo exclusive. The acrylic panels are high impact resistant and UV stabilized protecting your plants against burn effects. The acrylic will never yellow like polycarbonate.

The trapped air in between the two panels gives the very high 3.1 R value insulation rating. With this excellent insulation 92% of the light is still let through. The high insulation and high light transparency is a unique Sunglo combination no other greenhouse can touch. Moreover, the corrugated inner panels diffuse the light instead of intensify it making every spot a VIP spot everywhere in your Sunglo. Seeds will sprout quickly. Plants love it and will grow full all around and straight up. No shadow effect, just happy seedlings and plants that thrive.

Our heavy gauge acrylic panel has 10 times the insulating properties and 100 times the impact strength of any single pane glass greenhouse. As soon as you step into a Sunglo it feels very solid and well insulated. We give you a 12 year limited warranty of no discoloration or sun damage on the acrylic panels.

Environmentally controlled

With the automated, thermostatically controlled ventilation and heating system you can be assured that your plants' environment is being cooled or heated and that your lights are coming on and going off at your designated times. No need to rush home to manage your greenhouse. Every molecule of air in the greenhouse is exchanged at least once per minute by the thermostatically controlled louvered exhaust fan and motorized louvered intake shutter.

Create your own foundation

A solid and level base is required to attach your greenhouse. You create your own foundation, use an existing deck, mount it to a concrete floor, or raise it up on a wall. We can e-mail a Foundation Guide for guidance. A popular foundation is a wooden square that the 1 ½” base rail of your Sunglo greenhouse can be attached to.

All Sunglo greenhouses come standard with a

Motorized louvered intake Shutter

Motorized louvered exhaust Fan

Thermostat to automatically operate the cooling of the greenhouse. All air is circulated within one minute based on the temperature you set. No need to be there to watch it. The door also has a sliding screened window for additional ventilation. Plus there are the top gable end vent doors that can be opened manually.

You can start with a Basic Package and add your own customization.

Premium Packages

Your Sunglo greenhouse kit comes as a complete package including all of the standard necessities such a fan, a shutter, and a cooling and a heating thermostat. Also included are built-in cedar benches and shelves, lights, a heater, a grow tray, a 25' coiled hose, a 6” clip-on fan and a shade cloth. This means that you have everything you need to get started with a fully functional greenhouse!

Sunglo Plus 12 or Plus 24 Packages – Raise your Sunglo by 12” or 24”.

Add 12” or 24” Sunglo knee wall and a 12” taller door to your Sunglo. What seems like a small height increase will make a huge difference in look and spacious feel. The raised Sunglo wall is just like the regular Sunglo wall and will bring in more light than a solid wall. This makes the Sunglo wall 5’ (+12”) or 6’ (+24”) tall. You can make any customizations to this package. Or you can create your own knee wall at any height and add the ‘door drop’ panel for above the door(s) at that same height.

Instantly raise your Sunglo 12”. Each 12” section is $30. It’s amazing how just 12” already makes a huge difference.

Sunglo 24” Knee Wall $50/section

Each 24” section is $50. Contact us if you want to raise your existing Sunglo.

Build your own Knee Wall

We will advise you about the space for the door. Buy a door drop panel to match the height of the wall. Consider the 12” taller door. Also consider placing the intake shutter in the wall.

Your own horizontal wall

Customize the width of your Lean To Sunglo by adding a build out with the Sunglo attached.

When you add a door to create a double door they will together have a 58” opening without a center post. When not in use one door is dead bolt in place.

On hot days it is great to add ventilation to help circulate the air in larger Sunglo’s. We offer the HAF Fans in three sizes. They can be hung from the roof trusses to not be in the way.

Customized Cedar Benches and Shelves

A cedar bench and a cedar shelf can or cannot be in each 30” section of your Sunglo. They do not need to go wall to wall. Create a sitting corner of an area for tall plants. Or create an L or U shape.

Sunglo Extensions

Never outgrow your Sunglo greenhouse by simply adding extensions. Each extension is 2.5’ wide and you can add one or multiple. For free standing Sunglo’s longer than five sections we recommend also ordering an additional support post.

Each extension includes two inner and outer wall panels, two inner and outer roof panels and the aluminum extension channels for roof and walls.

Sunglo Additional Support

1”x2” Support Post $4.50/foot

The 1” x 2” support post are used for the 2100 models as a center post. For each 15’ one post is included with a 72” horizontal brace bar. For additional strength you can order more.

1”x1” Support Post $/foot

The 1”x1” support post can be used for any free standing Sunglo. They attach to the truss about 30” out from the wall. If there is a bench they are riveted to the bench frame. There are two posts at opposite trusses.

72” Horizontal Brace Bar $27

The 72” long horizontal brace bar works perfectly with the 1”z2” center support post for the 2100 models. The ends are cut at 22⁰ so that they slide into the trusses and can be rivets in place.

Brace Bars $4.50/foot

Horizontal Brace Bars can be ordered in any length to create more roof support and to accommodate hanging plants.

Additional Panel Supports $2/each

Add one or two 12” panel supports at the top of the wall and gable end panels to increase the strength. Installed from the inside by pulling the corrugated inner panel down in the center.

Sunglo Gutter Sunglo Gutter $3.50/foot

Order a Sunglo gutter at any length. Have it extend at the front or back, attach a hose, gather the rain water in a rain barrel. Plants like rain water.

When your order arrives at the nearest terminal you will receive a phone call to set

up a delivery appointment. No heavy lifting for you! Your order is delivered on a lift

gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver!

Assembly instructions Sunglo kits are easy to build and come with an instruction manual and assembly DVD. Your greenhouse kit is

packed by our team to correspond with your customized packing checklist. Each item you pull out of a box is
