Music Visual Art

Music I like music because we do singing,

dancing, acting and instruments

such as recorder and I really like

doing all these things so its perfect

for me. I also do clarinet lessons

with my teacher Jason. This year we

did a senior school concert it was

called ‘Boogie Fever’ it was were

kids went back in time to find there

lost boogie, our class 3/4A did the

sixty’s the girls wore orange dresses

with cool patterns on them and the

boys wore flower power costumes

they wore long pants with flowers on

them, they also wore a vest with

more flowers and a bandana with

even more flowers!!!

Our teacher was called mrs. griffiths

Visual Art

I really like art it is really fun and creative, our art teacher is

called mrs. Koslowski. I think I am really good at art because

everyone tells me that!! My favourite thing we made in

art was my faces on coloured paper and scrap paper

Are We There Yet? When we where doing the subject ‘Are We There Yet’ we

learnt about Australia, We went on an AWESOME camp called ‘Camp Kangaroobie’

the guy who run it was called Matt. He was really funny. We also did lots of projects on

Australia such as a trip around Australia And as a part of our homework we had to do an Aussie

Quiz each week.

The Way Things Work

In term 2 we learnt about

Environments Camp Kangaroobie

Learning by Doing

Hollywood Magic

Billy cart incursion

Billy cart incursion We did a build a billy cart incursion it

was really fun cause a learnt how to

build and ride a billy cart. I was in a

group with Chloe, Sophie and I for the

ride a billy cart bit of the incursion. The

second bit of the incursion was to

design a billy cart, I made mine be

orange, read and yellow. The third bit of

the incursion was the make a billy cart

with the guy who did the incursion his

name was mark I learnt you have to use

washers and bolts and nut to make a

billy cart. The last bit of the incursion

was the workshop it was the best part of

the incursion we got to make whatever

you wanted with the parts from a billy

cart, I made a kind of dog which you

can walk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Media Roadshow The media Roadshow was so

fun, I loved doing the green

screen because I like acting.

I was the reporter for the los Angeles fires, I

was interviewing Sophie how was pretending to

be a fire fighter.

The person which

came to show us

how to do it was

called Michael.

I also liked doing the radio, I was a

reader and I had to try to guess the

mystery sound. Miss wells did the pausing in the radio, we

also had to sing two songs happy little

vegemite and rock around the clock.

Australian Environments

Learning By Doing

In the learning by doing incursion we built a crane!! It was really fun and the person

who helped us was called Jonathon. Wee got to use saws,

hammers, nails, string, paper clips and very thin wood!!!!!!!

We used pulleys and a wedge

which is the hook!

Camp Kangaroobie !!CAMP KANGAROOBIE WAS AWESOME!!

The person who ran the whole Kangaroobie camp was called Matt he was really funny

In my cabin where Chelsea, Yasmin, Chloe, Emily, Jemma, Charlotte, Asmita and

Kitchen Classroom I really love kitchen classroom because I like cooking

and EATING!!. Our cooking teacher is called Mrs.

Leason she is really nice!. We cook delicious food in

cooking!

My favourite things we cooked in cooking were

the cheese parcels, Pumpkin soup and the

GARLIC BREAD!!!!
