Having a background in managing human resources in medium and large companies for over 10 years, I have gained expertise and competencies in rapidly understanding the business needs and translate them into actions related to people & processes.

o Coordinate the whole process with managers; deliver workshops on performance appraisal to train both the employees and young managers on the establishing performance objectives, set clear expectations, based on actions, results and behaviors.
