Active BEKOL EFS Strip Outbound Transfer

- After airborne, an active BEKOL EFS will be posted to theActive pane

- The FTLand FTTfields will beginflashing cyan immediately to remind

DPL and DA the transfer is required as soon as practicable

- DAshall make transfer immediately by ATD + 9 mins as BEKOL EST

- Record the transferred BK EST in BEKOL Transfer/ Coordination Form

2. On EFS, B3 click the ACFT TYP and open the Alternate Page)

Note:

1. Before or after DA finished the BK transfer to ZGGG ACC, to complete the

transfer procedures, DPLshall initiate transfer by using FTL and FTT

Transfer box.

2. DAshall complete the transfer procedures stipulated in Area stream.

3. HK departure via BEKOL on VHHH RWY 25, the BEKOL estimate is

projected using the full BEKOL SID. DPL shall adjust the BEKOL estimate

as required.

Usage: Provisional Estimate (I/B and OVF IN) - SIERA(DEP/ZGSZ), FOX(DEP/ZGSD)

- On receipt of a slot time requestfrom adjacent ACC, DAshall:

write down the request on thepaper slip and SSR code if provided

pass the paper slip to DPL for seeking approval

For overflight, seek approval from Area Planner may possible be required

-After the coordination made with adjacent ACC, DA shall:

if no EFS displayed in AC Verbal Bay, request EFS posting is required

input coordinated slot time in theAnnotationbox e.g. P/SR 1230F120-C

input the SSR codeif provided in the FP Page main layer

Notes: Different from Area Stream

1.FTL Emphasis Indicator for outbound and overflight traffic:

- DPL shall use the yellowemphasis indicator before initiating a transfer or

revision to indicate secondary transfer level to ZGGG ACC / Zhuhai Approach

- If the request of secondary transfer level is initiated by adjacent ACC during

transfer, DA shall seek approval from DPL before to further proceed the

transfer (i.e. of FTL and FTT transfer box)

2. If ZGGG ACC request specific flight VHHH DEP via BEKOL to transfer a non-

standard level (e.g. S0570 to cross BEKOL), DA shall:

a) write down the request in the BEKOL Transfer/ Coordination Formb) inform DPL verbally the non-standard level

c) turn on the non-FLAS Emphasis Indicator
