Note/ Instructions

The Mineral Titles Committee took a very serious notice of ambiguous/irrelevant remarks by the Assistant Director concerned at Regional Offices as well as Deputy Directors H/Q officers on the working papers. They are very strictly warn to be very specific to the points and clear quoting to the relevant rules about rejection or acceptance of mineral titles in future.
