LAURA OSTERLUNDExploring Polyphonic Music, Medieval Music

Laura is an undergraduate at McGill U. pursuing bachelor'sdegrees in Early Music Performance and Music History. Studiedrecorder under Mary Anne Wolff-Gardner, Scott Reiss, CleaGalhano, Matthias Maute, and Natalie Michaud. She is an activemusician in Montreal and Chicago and has performed with theHome Street Recorder Ensemble, Concordia University ChamberOrchestra, Chicago Choral Artists, Bach Week Festival Orchestra,and Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra. Laura has won anumber of concerto competitions including the 2005 and 2006Walgreen's Concerto Competitions, "Early Music" category.Since 2009, she is also on faculty at the Madison EMF.
