As of February 1, 2007, DTM support is being handled via standard Microsoft product support channels. The Web form previously used for DTM case creation is no longer accepted.
Customers with a Premier Support contract should work with their TAM to open support incidents.
For non-Premier customers, Professional Support options are listed at http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?Gprid=7289 including phone numbers and pricing information.
International customers should go to their initial support page.
What You Get for Your MoneyProfessional support:
Issue tracking--we use CRM software to track issues: Often there is speedy resolution
Per issue quality feedback--you get to evaluate and provide feedback on your case that we take seriously.
Product quality changes--we push for documentation, errata filter fixes, and code changes to tests and DTM.
We look for blockers and raise the flag (recent examples of filtering, QFE0304).
Easy assist. Access to test developers advice and WDK team advice. Windows operating system bug, filter search, and knowledge base
case searches.
