The lymph is THE WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM of the human body. It is essential to health and life. The main job of
the 100,000+ MILE LONG lymphatic system in your body is to keep your blood clean. The Bible tells us that "The life
of the flesh is in the blood." Leviticus 17:11 The lymph is the communication point between the bloodstream and the
tissues of your body and the lymph nodes are responsible for the production of many immune fighting cells. Without
healthy and clean flowing rivers of lymph, your waste elimination pathways back up and the entire immune system slows
and becomes compromised.
A congested lymph system allows waste to accumulate in the body, creating acidity which destroys tissues, glands and
organs. This lymph congestion then slows the immune response and can lead to a build up of chronic infections in the
body. Lymphatic congestion is linked to ovarian cysts, fibroids, tumors, breast lumps, breast cancer, edema/swelling, skin
problems (acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc.) and other cancers.
Unhealthy lymph is common today especially in our lifestyles of high stress and heavily processed, acidic foods. It is
imperative that we begin to recognize this system as a critical component to addressing the pain, inflammation, sickness
and disease millions are suffering from today.
What is a Lymphatic Cleanse?
There are several steps to this cleanse: 1. Diet of fruits and vegetables only. Raw green juices only, or raw fruits only creates the deepest cleansing. Exceptions
to avoid are dried fruits, bananas, potatoes, yams, corn and squashes
2. Support herbs to cleanse lymphatic system
3. Skin brushing with a dry skin brush, prior to evening bath or shower
4. Self massage with organic food grade raw sesame/olive/coconut oil with essential oils
5. 20 minute evening magnesium bath or shower. Bath would be ideal
6. Rebounding, jumping or other exercise to stimulate lymphatic flow
7. Enemas are a bonus if you are comfortable or willing and will speed healing. The largest portion of lymph in your
body is called GALT (Gut Associated Lymph Tissue) and enemas can help clear this out quickly

Remember we are working on your lymph, so think FLUIDS! Lymph is the main fluid waste disposal system of your body or the
SEWER SYSTEM of your body. You want to do lots of fluids to flush the lymph, mainly water, juices and high water content
fruits and veggies. For the best cleansing results, you want to eliminate all meat, nuts, seeds, beans, legumes, dairy, grains and
sugars. These foods have either protein or complex sugars that create acid wastes and are congesting to the lymphatic system.
NO CAFFEINE!
1. Use DISTILLED, De-Ionized or reverse osmosis water during the cleanse for drinking and enemas. If you can’t get those, use
purified water.
2. Please do not force extra water. Get your hydration from fresh fruits, vegetables and juices. ONLY drink water if thirsty.
3. All liquids ideally are room temperature or warm, not ice cold.
4. FOR ALL: NO bananas, dried fruit, figs, dates, potatoes, yams, squash. No cooked foods unless you have digestive weakness.
5. THE LESS YOU EAT, THE FASTER YOU HEAL!
Food Guidelines
Food Option 1 (best) - Only raw fruits and vegetable JUICES (juice fasting). This is ideal to cleanse the lymph the fastest! Options include
HIGH water content foods such as cucumber, celery, dandelion, beet, parsley, spinach, kale, lettuce, carrots, radishes, watermelon, lemon, lime,
orange, grapefruit, apples, pineapple, grapes and berries. CELERY is the best for lymph and has similar qualities of lymph fluid, so the more the
better. All things RED are great for lymph like beets, cranberries, cherries, pomegranates, etc. Add in spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass and other
greens to cleanse the lymph as well (these can be mixed with juices). We encourage more VEGETABLE juices over fruit. Maybe adding ONE
FRUIT for taste is good. For example: cucumber, celery, lemon, beet, ginger and a granny smith apple.
Food option 2 - Vegetables only OR Fruit only (not both). Fruit only is for those who have no concerns with yeast, fungus, candida, mold or
parasites. It is a fast way to cleanse. Do only high water content fruits like grapes, watermelon, lemon, lime, grapefruit, pineapple, etc. You can
do a mono-diet and eat ONLY grapes for 21 days (GRAPES are best for lymph) or ONLY watermelon. Watermelon seeds and rind are the best
cleansing agents! Blend them! If doing vegetables only, you can do raw veggies, juices, smoothies, salads and combination thereof. Again, stick to
high water content veggies. See food option 1 description for best fruit and veggie choices.
Food Option 3 - Only fruits and vegetables with small amounts of fat (avocado, olives or olive oil). This is for beginning cleansers or those
with blood sugar concerns. This is not the fastest way to cleanse but a great option. With this option make juices, smoothies, eat salads. You can
add olives or avocado to your salad, and olive oil based dressings. You can also add 1/4 avocado into your smoothies. This helps stabilize people
with blood sugar issues and find it hard to fast. Try to limit the fat to 1/2 avocado total daily and a handful of olives and 1-2 tablespoons of olive
oil. If you feel you must have protein, use the Vega pea-based plant proteins for some added substance. See food option 1 description for best fruit
and veggie choices.
Food Options
Daily Lymph Cleanser DrinkIngredients:
• One quart distilled or purified water
• Few slices of fresh ginger
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 1-10 drops of liquid cayenne (increase as desired)
• 1 teaspoon beet crystals
Directions:
Take a quart of distilled or purified water and put in a pot. Add a few ginger slices (1 inch or more
of ginger) and bring to a low boil for approximately 10 minutes. Add the juice of 2 lemons, 1
teaspoon of beet crystals and 1-10 drops of liquid cayenne (the more the better). You can increase
or decrease cayenne based on tolerance and taste. Heat and stimulation are KEY to moving lymph!
Drink this quart throughout the day whenever desired. It’s best to drink warm or at room
temperature.
Cleansing Lymph Juice Recipe (BLEND OR JUICE)
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 peeled cucumber
• 2-3 stalks celery
• 1 granny smith apple
• Juice of 2 lemons or limes (or combination of both)
• Handful or parsley
• 1/2 to 1 inch piece of fresh pressed ginger
• Pinch of cayenne (optional)
Directions:
Combined all ingredients in a juicer or blender.
Lymph Juice Combinations (BLEND OR JUICE)
• 6-7 stalks celery, 1 lemon with peel, 1/2 beet, 1 green apple (juice) *BEST for lymph cleansing!!
• 3-4 Carrots, 1 apple, 2-3 stalks celery, 1/4 beet (juice)
• 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 2-3 stalks celery, 1 bunch parsley (juice)
• 1 green apple, 1 lemon, 2 stalks celery, 3-4 dandelion leaves (juice)
• Handful spinach, handful kale, 1 green apple, 1 lemon, 1 inch ginger piece, one bunch of parsley (juice)
• 4 cups of watermelon with seeds and rind (blend or juice)
• 4 cups watermelon and 1 peeled lemon or lime (blend or juice)
• 4 cups grapes (seeded best) (blend or juice) Can add lemon or lime juice also
The lymphatic system is designed to be a free-flowing river of life, a purifier and
protector of blood, an army, on alert, and ready to respond to any incoming invader.

**NOTE** When you run out of Lymph Node Support I liquid tincture, get Lymph Node Support 2, then 3, then 4, and then 5.
When you run out of Lymphatic System Tonic 1 capsules, get Lymphatic System Tonic 2 capsules, then 3, then 4, then 5. Each one
increases in strength. This will take you well beyond the 21 day cleanse. It is optional, but STRONGY ENCOURAGED to fully
cleanse the lymph at a deep level!

Exercise for 30 min or more (walk, jog, jump/rebound, Pilates, etc.)

Dry skin brush, massage and shower (could be 1st time or 2nd time doing this)
Relax and Heal As part of your daily routine, for optimal results do the following. It should only take about 30 minutes. This is great to do upon rising as part of your
morning shower routine, or in the evening before bed. Or both is even better.
1. Dry skin brushing with essential oils. Take about 2oz or 1/4 cup of the Ashwagandha Bala Oil, add 7 drops of Bay Laurel and 7 drops Cedarwood
essential oils. Shake it up good in a small container of your choice. Apply a few drops of this to the dry skin brush each time you brush!
This technique stimulates lymphatic drainage, which is one of the most important elements of detoxifying your body effectively. It is performed just before
taking a hot bath or shower in the evenings of each day of the cleanse. Directions: Use quick, firm, but gentle strokes towards the heart from your neck,
arms, hands, upper back wherever you can reach easily, and up the torso. Motions should always be towards the heart. From there, proceed from feet, up
calves, knees, upper thighs, lower back and buttocks. Spend a little extra time brushing the feet, as there are many lymph nodes located there.
(You can also use essential oils on bottom of feet daily, in diffuser, or other methods).
2. Massage with Ashwagandha Bala Oil. This massage helps lymphatic drainage while also nourishing the nervous system and helping your body
metabolize the old stored fatty tissues in the body. The oils also increase the production of sebum in your skin which in turn feeds the good bacteria that live
on it and that strengthen our immune system.
Directions: You can warm the oil so that your massage is more effective. You can perform your massage before, during (be careful - you will be very
slippery!) or just after getting out of the bath. Also, you do not need a huge amount of oil for this - Only about 2-4 TBS for your whole body (use the bala
oil/essential oil combination ratio as prepared above). Simply massage this oil into your entire body, with special focus on bottom of feet and lymph areas
such as neck, under armpits, stomach and groin areas. But good for anywhere on your body to make your skin healthy!
3. Hot Shower or Bath. After brushing your skin you should preferably relax in a hot bath for 20 min. If this is not possible, then a shower can substitute.
Add 1/4 cup of MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE (Health and Wisdom company) bath crystals.
Enema Options
With an Enema Kit, Implant-o-Rama or Colema Board we recommend 1 or 2 (morning and night) enemas daily
during the cleanse. If you are having healing reactions, consider increasing the number of enemas you do daily.
Some people have done three daily to keep up with detox. The other reason for enemas is to remove old waste
from the colon, liver, kidneys and lymph. A clean body will not be subject to infections. To remove infections from
the body, enemas are amazing.
Your options for the enema include:
1. Baking Soda (food grade): Kills yeast, fungus, mold on contact and alkalizes the body. - 1-3T in quart of
water
2. Lemon Juice: Cleanser, alkalizer, fat emulsifier, and liver detoxifier - Juice 1/2 or 1 lemon per quart
Exercise
It is important to move the lymphatic system. 30 minutes daily activity is required. Bare minimum should be a 30
minute brisk walk. For even better results, do jumping or rebounding on a mini trampoline for 30 minutes. If you
do not have a rebounder, simply jump in place or do jumping jacks. Pilates is EXCELLENT for moving lymph
because it focuses on the breath. Sweating is also beneficial. This would include exercise to induce sweating,
wearing layers of clothing and staying warm, using blankets at night to induce sweating, hot saunas (far infrared
would be best choice), laying in the sun, etc. In the summer, I get in my car, leave the windows up with no air, put
a towel on the seat and SWEAT! Works great. You will feel amazing after a nice sweat session...
Healing Crisis & Emotions
If you experience cloudy, smelly urine, this is a GOOD sign! You are filtering waste. If you have skin reactions,
breakouts, cold/flu symptoms, lower back pain, this can all be part of the "healing response." You may feel swelling
in your lymph nodes and tender around your neck, armpits, breasts, stomach, groin area or behind the knees. You
can slow down the process by reducing the herbs/supplements or by eating more food. But this is a good sign of
cleansing and detox. Doing enemas, exercising, and sweating will all reduce symptoms and speed healing.
Emotions are trapped in the organs. The Lord wants to reveal and heal these emotional issues. If you experience
fear, worry, anxiety, grief, sorrow or feel extremely emotional, please understand this is part of the healing process.
It is good to cry, pray, talk to the Lord, take long walks outside, BREATHE DEEPLY into your diaphragm, write
your thoughts in a journal, ask the Lord to bring up a memory from your past, etc. This is truly a critical part of
this healing process! (-:

After the Cleanse
You want to follow a clean, healthy diet as recommended in Genesis 1:29 full of greens,
vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. Lean meats can be included in moderation if
desired. For long-term health of the lymphatic system, it is especially best to avoid
dairy, grains, complex sugars (maple syrup, agave, cane, etc.) and excess meat. Come
off the cleanse slowly with juices and smoothies and salads. Coming off too fast and
eating poor quality foods can be dangerous. Love your lymph and it will keep you well!
