The World of Professions maintains the State Education Development
Agency Information and guidance department, which operates under
the umbrella of the national education database www.NIID.LV.
The World of Professions is to expand the students‘ perceptions about
the profession/position diversity and to provide information on the
content and requirements for these professions or positions of workers,
as well as to generate students' interest and desire to explore in depth
the world of work and their personal careers.

choice of the transition to the professional training

3. I will have an opportunity along secondary education to acquire a profession;
4. The offer is appropriate from available within a reasonable distance from home ;
5. The reputation of the profession is attractive;
6. My friends have chosen this profession;
7. My parents advised to choose this profession;
8 My marks do not allow me to choose a more desirable profession;
9. Teachers encouraged me to choose this profession;
