lusso Luxury and Yachts ha presentato il best del made in Italy alla Fiera

di Verona. Tra le esposizioni più spettacolari, Ducati, Pagani e Aldabra.

Harbour Club presenta a giugno il torneo di tennis Harbour Tennis Cup,

che vedrà giocatori della serie A-1. L’unico torneo ATP estivo giocato in

Italia. La quinta edizione del Salone Nautico Internazionale si è svolta in

un campo di regata eccezionale. Il bacino di San Marco. ABC Manichini

ha inaugurato il nuovo show room di 800 metri quadrati alle porte di

Milano con un evento allestito con istallazioni ispirate all’arte

contemporanea. All’interno dello Spazio Etoile di Palazzo Ruspoli, Luxury

For the old conti-nent inhabitants it

seems nearly impossiblethat Ferdinand Cortes riding

his horse has been considereda God, since that the Aztecs ha-

ve never seen horses before. Ne-vertheless from ancient Asia, just

going back to the paleolithic age we re-member that there is a very beautiful horsepainted on the wall of a cave in Dordogna,and this is maybe about 50,000 years ago.Europe has always considered the horse as aluxury and prestige symbol. May we remem-ber Caligola, the old roman emperor, thatappoints”senator” his charger Incitatus or-dering him to build a gold and silver stable,

as well as the Italian equestrian schoolwhich became from the XII until XVIIcentury the horse scene of Europe. To-day the wonderful equestrian worldreturns with dignity on the shield also

Anoi abitanti del vecchiocontinente sembra quasi

impossibile che, solo perché insella al proprio cavallo, Ferdi-nando Cortes fu quasi conside-rato un dio, giacchè di cavalli gliaztechi fino ad allora non neavevano visto nemmeno l’om-bra. Eppure dall’antica Asia, seproprio non vogliamo far risalirela memoria all’età paleolitica(sulla parete di una grotta dellaDordogna è dipinto un bellissi-

mo cavallo in corsa, che risale aforse 50.000 anni fa), all’Euro-pa, il cavallo è sempre stato unelemento distintivo, di lustro edi lusso. Possiamo ricordare ilvecchio Caligola, imperatore ro-mano, che nomina senatore ilsuo destriero Incitatus e gli facostruire una stalla d’oro e d’ar-gento, ma anche la stessa scuo-la equestre italiana che dal XIIfino al XVII secolo domina lascena ippica d’Europa. Oggi

l’eccellenza del mondo equestreritorna prepotentemente sugliscudi anche grazie alla ritrovatapassione verso il “nobile” ani-male con cui l’uomo ha da sem-pre instaurato un rapporto eun’armonia particolare. Ed inquesto contesto, nel culto delbello e dell’esclusivo, Fieracaval-li (Verona-Italia), leader deglieventi di settore a livello mon-diale, rappresenta uno dei puntidi forza dell’universo equestre.
