Thicker shells, the world’s finest American Aristech Acrylic, Solid fiberglass bases, reinforced footwells and reinforced frames all add up to a construction standard that far exceeds all industry standards.

AMERICAN ACRYLIC COLOURSIn addition to Lucite and Arystec Acrylics’ excellent gloss and colour retention, surfaces are naturally impervious to microbes. The non-porous nature of Lucite’s and Arystec’s acrylic defends against the penetration and subsequent growth of microorganisms on its surface. ELK Spas are shielded against microbes, easy-to-clean, durable, and do not contain any antimicrobial chemicals, pesticides or similar additives.

“TOUGH BOND” SHELLOur 6-layer laminated “tough bond” shells are one of the thickest shells available (8-10mm thick) and our oven curing process ensures your shell is as strong as possible.

TOUGH BUILT CABINETSOur “tough built” treated timber frames have triple reinforced corners, cross-bracing and supports under every seat. The entire frame is then protected by chemical treatment, paint and a wrap-around base.

100SQFT BOOST FILTRATIONFiltration is a major part of water maintenance so we use a “Max Flow” valve and a huge 100sqft dual cartridge filter system to ensure more water is filtered every day. Then we add dual pump technology – where a 3HP massage pump draws massive amounts of water through the second filter during use to ensure superior filtration and water clarity.

“NO GAP” CABINETIf your spa has large gaps between the cabinet and the spa shell, the heat inside the cabinet escapes and cold air enters your spa, causing the heater to turn on more often to maintain heat. Pests and insects can also enter and damage your spa. We tailor make every cabinet so there are minimal gaps, trapping the heat in. Without this feature, you are simply throwing money away.

THERMO-WOOD CABINETOur high density synthetic wood cabinet has a high level of insulation to stop heat escaping through the walls of your spa cabinet.

All ELK Spas come with “click in” cabinet door. This secures the cabinets for transport and also makes it easier when putting the cabinet door back on.

SOLID FIBREGLASS BASESolid wrap-around fibreglass base on the bottom of your spa adds massive strength to the spa overall, keeping pests and weather from damaging the frame and equipment, and allows us to fit a multi-stage insulation system at ground level that saves you money.

8 LAYER INSULATIONOur Platinum Series Spas feature even more insulation with a thicker layer of P.U. foam (as well as the multi-layer insulation) on the inside of the cabinet panels. In addition, foam insulation is sprayed onto the fibreglass bare and multi-layer insulation added on top.

FEATURES & BENEFITSULTRAZONE – UV-C + OZONE SPA SANITISERUsing new innovative technology, UltraZone enables you to use less chemicals in your spa. UltraZone combines both a Corona Discharge Ozone with a UV Ozone which destroys 99.95% of bacteria’s and water born microbes as the water passes through it. It also destroys organic matter and chlorine by-products, which are the main cause of eye, skin and respiratory irritations. Every time the spa is filtered, the UltraZone activates and starts to clean and sanitise the spa, resulting in clear, clean hygienic water. UltraZone eliminates any off gases and chemical smells such as chlorine. By using an UltraZone, you can reduce the need for sanitisers by up to 70%*

*Some sanitisers will still be required to shock treat the water.

WTC50 CIRCULATION PUMPThe high flow WTC circulation pump provides up to 15 m3/h flows while operating while drawing only 1.6 amp – that’s equivalent to the power need to illuminate a 250 Watt bulb. You can be sure your spa meets even the most stringent energy regulations while minimising operating expenses.

SELF-CLEANING TEFLON HEATERSOur spas have high-tech “variable output” heaters with much larger 3 or 6kW outputs. The extra output ensures much quicker heat up times and the variable output element means less heat loss during use as the heaters do not turn off when the spa pumps are running like other brands do.

BEARING-LESS STAINLESS STEAL JETSOur bearingless jets are made from hard PVC (with stainless steel trims) which won’t deteriorate. They have a screw-in mechanism (no clips to break) and they spin on a floating stainless steel spindle (so there are no bearings to fall out).

ANTI MICROBIAL FILTERSAnti Microbial Filters combining inert organic materials with silver into our filter media enables our cartridges to help reduce odour-causing bacteria and inhibit growth of destructive mould and mildew on the filter cartridge.

PROHARD COVERThe ProHard Cover offers you a slimmer lighter cover that will hold up to 100kg static weight. With a light fibreglass application on the foam it ensures strength and Insulation to its optimal potential.

GECKO IN.TOUCHGecko In.Touch is the ultimate wireless remote control for your spa - allowing you to control your ELK Spa from your smart phone or tablet.

Streamlined from iOS or Android applications, the Gecko In.Touch enables you to control the functions and features of your spa, even if you are away from home. Notifications will always keep you informed on the status of your spa, even when the app is not open.

In.Touch also allows you to access your spas running information as well as offering an easy off site trouble shooting support service.

HEAT & COOL PUMPSHeat & cool pumps are available in 5.5kW and 8.8kW and are suited for Spas & Swim Spas. Offering both heating and cooling functions directly through the control panel, the heat pumps allows you to cool in Summer and keep warm in Winter. The heat & cool pumps can save you up to 75% on your running costs.
