The wall-mounted construction forms the subcon-struction. When planking with wall-mounted systemelements, the information issued by the respectivemanufacturer must be taken into consideration.
The ELEMENT construction panels including thenotch for the subsequent assembly of the push plateare cut to size.
Screw with the fastening kit FIX-SB 45S35. Observethe wall-mounted element manufacturer’s recom-mendation as to spacing.
The ELEMENT construction panels are glued togetherwith COL-MK. Apply the adhesive to the plate edgesas an uninterrupted strand. As soon as the frontpanel has been mounted …
… proceed in the same way with the two sidepanels. After bonding with the construction and thewall screw tight using FIX-SB 45S35.
Finally also mount the top cover as describedpreviously.
Reinforce all element joints and transitions withglass fibre reinforcement strips ARM-100 SK.
The surface is now ready for tiling. Further require-ments (e.g. sealing) must be taken into considera-tion in accordance with national directives.
Apply COL-MK on both the support structure as well as on the ELEMENT construction panels. We recommend a snake-shaped application of cartridgeadhesives.
